Corvallis House Extended Stay
Longterm rental, perfect for working remote in this modern 3 bedroom and 2 full bath single level house. Vaulted ceilings, open kitchen with breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, washer and dryer.
The house is fully furnished and equipped throughout, including two flat screen TVs with Netflix, roku, and a large collection of movies and shows, wireless WiFi internet. No live TV available. A small privately fenced backyard.
Sleeps 6 (two queen sized beds and one set of single bunk beds). We have a very strict policy on the number of guests staying at the house. It is a maximum of 6 guests unless otherwise approved by the owner.
On site parking in a quite friendly neighborhood.
Sorry, no smoking or pets, owner has allergies. House is very clean.
House conveniently located near shopping center, 3 miles from OSU, there are two neighborhood parks less than 5 minutes away with a beautiful duck pond and a few walking paths. There is also a huge open field that you can see from the kitchen window where kids can run around and people hang out and sometimes play with their dogs. Surrounding that field there is a wetland with a wooden built-in path where you can walk through and see the nutria, fish, beavers and wild life. All in 5 minutes or less from the house!
