Good room, Great view!This was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was clean and spacious, had plenty of bathroom space, and an amazing view! The host responded quickly to messages and was always polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Good Room, Great View

This was the perfect place for our family to vacation. There was enough room for everyone to space out, plenty of bathrooms, and the view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Spacious unit

The bedrooms were so far apart it felt like you had your own room unless you went into the common area. I really enjoyed this unit, I will definitely try and book it again. Every room had its own balcony with a view which was also nice

Beautiful condo!

Plenty of room for myself, my daughter and 3 older grandsons! Would definitely stay here again! Vacasa was great sending the codes and then checking to make sure everything was in tip-top shape after we checked in!

Very clean with beautiful Oceanviews and spacious balconies. The kitchen was fully stocked. The pillows on each bed were very comfortable. Our only complaints were the couch and beds were all extremely uncomfortable which really made it difficult to sleep and definitely put a damper on our vacation. Also, the jacuzzi was really dirty each night and filled with bugs.

My family and I loved this unit! We rode out a nor'easter within the first 24 hours of our arrival. We were al ittle nervous about being on the 9th floor, but this unit is so solid that we barely heard any of the storm; we loved watching it blow through the area. Also, having local cable connected to the tv was great for tracking the storm and getting accurate info for the various warnings during the storm. Everyone enjoyed having private bathrooms and balconies, and the common areas were big enough for all of us to hang out together. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and bedding, and the kitchen and baths were well stocked and clean. We'll definitely be back.

Not recommend this condominium for anyone I know to stay

My stay was ok could’ve been better it was soap opened in both tubs used already and the double room covers were dirty. It wasn’t any hot water Friday night call maintenance they came by the next morning and done absolutely nothing I booked the rooms for the pools also never had access to the pools because it was locked and the king room tub was dirty and not cleaned I went to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies to clean the room myself the view was absolutely awesome

Great location with excellent views

Excellent location right on the beach. Having 3 balconies including each bedroom was a plus. Easy check in process. Giving 4 stars because master bed was uncomfortable and obviously in need of replacement--could feel springs in the mattress. Living room sofas were also old and uncomfortable--sunken in and could feel springs. Otherwise the unit was great, clean and had necessary amenities.

Not happy this year

My family always meet up at Bahama sands for vacation. The parking was a problem. We typically have 3-4 cars. Always had to pay for extra parking in overflow. There was no overflow. The floors in the condo are filthy! Feet stayed black the entire time or we had to wear shoes! Several things were broke and need to be fixed!!!

Needs cleaned better and renovated

At first sight this condo Bahama Sands 902 didn’t look too bad but it really needs some renovating. Vacasa texted me shortly after arrival and asked me to rate the level of cleanliness. At that time I gave it a 3.5-4. Their reply was they’re glad the cleanliness held up to my expectations. I replied back because it did not meet my expectations. They asked me to send pictures of the areas I had problems with and asked if I want them to send someone to reclean it. I declined as we didn’t want the cleaning to interfere with our vacation plans. We just decided to wipe things down ourselves. I told them we only received two washcloths for the entire condo and not that many bath towels. I asked if they could just bring some to us. Their response was they only provide fresh linens and 1 bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth per person. I repeated that we didn’t get all that. They apologized and said they’d alert their local cleaning staff. We never did receive the correct number of towels and washcloths. Other problems we found were socks left outside the front door, sock left in the master bedroom, water bottle on floor by couch, crumbs left on toaster, hair ties on desk in bedroom, cigarette butts on balcony (even though large signs posted no smoking, vaping, marijuana, etc), stains on bedding. The washing machine was so dirty. I used a Clorox wipe and the dirt came right off which proves housekeeping just didn’t clean it. I went to use the dryer and checked the lint filter first. There was so much lint packed into it like it’s never been cleaned out before. That was pretty disgusting. The condo had a bad odor. There was an empty air freshener plug in the wall by the door which makes me think they must be aware of the smell. We went to Bath & Body Works and bought three wallflowers to make it smell better. The furniture needs to be replaced especially living room. The arm rest of the chair is ripped and the couches are worn down and don’t look good. I ended up sitting at the dining room table most of the time. The master bath tub is outdated and could use some caulking. It does have a lot of potential. The main issues come lack of cleaning and furniture and carpet needing to be replaced. The unit itself is great with each bedroom having a balcony plus there are three windows in the living room/dining room area. It really brightened the place up. If staying at Bahama Sands again I would definitely chose a corner unit again. One other thing to mention, our first and last nights there were sirens that went off in the building and announcements in the stairwells saying do not use the elevators. Fire trucks came. The first time I call the operator to find out what was going on and if we needed to evacuate. This must have been a central answering service because the man asked what hotel I was at. He wasn’t aware of anything so he’d have to make some phone calls. I never did hear back from anyone. The sirens went off about 10-15 min after the fireman arrived. This happened at 10:30 pm the first night and 4:30 am the last night. Not sure if this is a common occurrence.

Beautiful trip

The condo was clean, fresh, comfortable and very well appointed. Very quiet, private and secluded, and that may have been because of the time of year. Beautiful ocean front views from the living area and master bedroom. Beautiful views from the balconies of other two bedrooms, too! Comfortable bed, couches; great televisions and wifi access throughout the condo. Everything throughout the resort is clean, safe and lovely. We would love to stay in this beautiful corner condo again in the future.

Everything was great except balcony chairs.
