With everything you need (and more!) enjoy days of fun in the sun at the Carolinian Beach Resort! Guests will have access to great amenities inside the condo as well as everything the resort has to offer.

Your reservation includes buffet breakfast for two guests at Magnolia’s at 26th. Tickets are valid only on the date issued. ***Extra breakfasts are available for $10 + tax*** just a short walk from the hotel. Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. You will enjoy free Blockbuster rentals during your stay. Also check out the Snack Shack located on the 1st floor of the registration building.

All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program offers one free ticket from up to three partners per reservation. Additional tickets are available to purchase when the free tickets are redeemed. Details are updated seasonally on our property-specific websites.

Lipstick on a pig

This unit claimed to sleep 10, only had dishes for 6, no useful kitchen utensils, floors turned your feet black. Couch sat straight to the ground, door code stoped working every single day and the staff would reset we had to meet maintenance up at the room every single day to reset and it happened from day 1 til 5! Annoyed! And the parking is not ideal in the least.

Decent, overall

Overall, a decent place to stay. The room had a great view. Check in and out was easy and quick. Access to room and beach was good. The view was amazing. On the negative side, the facility could be updated. We had one remote for three televisions. The room was not clean, and the shower surround was broken. Again, overall decent, but could be better.

Dissapointed

Our room was as advertised, however it was not very clean. I took some pictures I will send when I contact the office tomorrow. The fridge and microwave were dirty (inside and out), dust piled up on microwave vent (visible) and top of fridge (also very visible). The master shoer curtain only went 1/2 was across the shower and the wall mount was broken so the bar hung low (I hope I am not charged for that, took dated and times stamped pictures upon arrival). Have stayed at the Carolinian several times before and this was first time staying through somewhere like VRBO/Vacassa and it was not as good of an experience (room wise) this time. I was grateful that we were able to extend our stay by 24 hours (was not ready to leave our vacation spot), but the door code expired and they refused to extend the code or give another so they had maint. let us in our room each time for the last 24 hours. Will more than likely book thought the resort it's self next time.

It was clean when we first arrived but the beds were very very uncomfortable two normal size people could not fit comfortably in the bed also if anyone move they were very noisy. No one answered at the front desk when we would call. I really did enjoy the view of the beach that was very nice and the access to the beach. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very stingy with the supplies when I if we can have more trash bags they were only going to give us one and we were going to be there for six days they did finally give us more.

Nice location but Condo needs a GOOD cleaning..

Condo is in the perfect location.. Front desk was super friendly answered all our questions. Pools were nice..very well kept up. Breakfast was wonderful.. The Magnolia does an amazing job.. Condo.. needs a good cleaning. Bathroom floors were nasty.. around the stools especially. Kitchen tools are bare minimum. The condo is nice.. just needs a good cleaning.

Carolinian Resort was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at Carolinian Resort and will definitely stay there again. The hotel was clean and the apartment we stayed in was spacious and perfect for my family. Staff was nice & polite! Breakfast Buffet was included with the room and it was great! Dinner buffet was good also at a cheaper price than going out to a restaurant. Golf was also included with the room which was fun with the kids. This hotel gets 5 stars!

best location ever!

The location was outstanding and the staff at the resort were very friendly and helpful. The property had a few disappointments such as torn curtains and kitchen cabinets were not as clean as expected, but for the price and location, we would certainly stay there again.

Do not rent this unit.

This unit has a great view but is not worth the price. Furniture is in very poor condition. Beds are very uncomfortable. No useable pots and pans for cooking and the unit has a funny smell.

Wonderful place to stay!

Staff was excellent! Room was very nice and super clean. We had everything we needed. Other than noisy neighbors one night and a bunch of kids taking over the hot tub one day we had a blast. Came for bike week.

Very pleasant stay

Everything was very neat and clean. The view from the 12th floor balcony was breathtaking. Beds were very comfy (although kind of noisy when changing positions), and I liked that each bedroom had it's own bathroom. The resort itself is very nice, bit parking for checkin is very tight. Got free breakfast buffet at Magnolia's, which was delicious, a block or so up the street. The only thing that annoyed me was the offsite parking garage but overall, it was a nice stay.
