Relaxing Space

It's a very relaxed and welcoming space, has paths to the woods, and is quite close to shops and some restaurants in Stateline. Overall, a great experience, though I think it's better if you plan to stay at least a week to really enjoy it.

We had an amazing stay at this home with our two dogs. The home was clean, had all the basic necessities, and was conveniently located to all popular spots.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable

The home was exactly as described and was spotless when we arrived. The space had everything you needed and was very comfortable to hangout in and enjoy. Plus the host was great and the check in process was super smooth and easy. Everything about the stay here was extremely positive, we loved the location and being so close to the beaches and shopping, loved how quiet and peaceful the neighborhood was, and loved how comfortable the home was. Fully plan on visiting here again and absolutely recommend it.

Perfect for overnight stay

Five of us needed a place to stay after a birthday party at Edgewood Resort. This was just a few minutes up the road and super easy to find and get into. Parking was available in the garage and driveway. Everything was immaculately clean. We didn’t use the kitchen but it looked as though there was everything you would need to cook minus a place to store your non refrigerated food. There were no coffee pods for the Keurig so you'll want to bring your own. The loft is a great use of space, but it is High! You'll need to have someone who is not afraid of heights or steep ladders stay up there. Overall, our stay was comfortable and convenient and we would recommend this place.

Great place. It was 97 degrees out and the fans sort of helped. I didn’t realize there was no A/C. If it wasn’t so hot it would have been more enjoyable. That said, it’s a great set up.

Excellent, clean property with lots of space for a group

Listing exactly as shown and described. Beautiful and comfortable. Our group was a mix of 6 friends and we all felt comfortable and had enough space. Would absolutely book this property again.

Great accommodations for people & pets

This unit is very convenient to the lake, restaurants and other tourist activities. The townhome was very clean upon arrival and the owner very responsive to any questions/concerns we had. Plenty of open area to walk your dogs as well. Would definitely stay here again.

This property is exactly as it appears in the photos. Beautifully decorated, conveniently located to Heavenly and South Lake Tahoe. It’s cozy and comfortable and I’d highly recommend it.

Beautiful condo minutes from South Lake Tahoe

We loved this condo for our Tahoe trip. It’s minutes from south lake in a quiet neighborhood. The home is updated and decorated beautifully! We had everything we needed. Communication with the host was easy and he was extremely accommodating. I gave four stars for cleanliness as the floors were fairly dusty and hairy. The tub and showers could use a deep clean but overall it was totally fine! We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Location is great, uber and left can get you into town in about 10 minutes. It was hot and no A/C, but there were plenty of fans. I would come back!

Perfect summer getaway

It was clean, cozy, and cool! My friend brought her (little) dog and we all had a great time. The location is good; we spent our time hunting for dog beaches, and they’re beautiful. The kitchen is lovely for cooking, and with the levels of the home everyone has lots of privacy.

Dive deep into the Eastern Sierras just a few minutes south of you, or check out North Lake Tahoe with a 45 minute drive north. You're 50 minutes from Reno, 20 minutes from Carson City. You have tons of parking including a 2-car garage which is rare in Lake Tahoe!
