Our condo is on the 3rd floor of Mountain Lodge building. It's perfect for a Snowshoe Mountain vacation getaway.

In the room, there's a kitchen where you can cook your own food. It has granite countertops with sufficient space to prepare your meals and test your culinary skills. Condo is close to Snowshoe village restaurants and bars.

The living room is so cozy and comfortable, sleeper sofa can accommodate two guests and an additional single sleeper sofa for one, it has big screens where we can watch TV shows and movies, you can even access Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts.

In the bedroom, there is one King size bed for you to sleep on and bathroom that is updated, it has a shower tub, toilet, sink, and special shelves for our toiletries. There are also plenty of towels and linens for you to use. But you'll need to bring some supplies like shampoo, etc.

With 21 vertical wall-mounts, additional mounts for E-Bikes, and a range of convenient amenities including an air compressor, Park Tool Work Stand, and an outdoor wash area, your bikes will be secure and well-maintained throughout your stay. ADDITIONAL NOTES:
● Mountain Lodge features equipment lockers for rent (each holds up to two mountain bikes or Skies), for $15/per day on a first-come/first-serve basis, an arcade for the kids and young at heart, an inviting lobby built around a large fireplace (lit in the winter), laundry facilities, conference rooms, and a prime location that’s just a quick walk to Snowshoe’s main high-speed quad lift, Split Rock Pools, Wildcat Grocery, and the St. Bernard Chapel.
● Please be courteous and considerate of the other guests and abide by the quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
● Free bus shuttles are available from the Village to Top of the Mountain, and to Silver Creek for night skiing. Reach the Western Territory by way of the Silver Creek shuttle.

PETS: We understand that it can be difficult to leave your beloved pets at home, but we want to make sure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Mountain Lodge. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets of any kind. If you do have a certified service animal, we would be happy to make accommodations for you. Please let us know ahead of time so that we can prepare for your arrival. Remember to bring documentation for your service animal and register it at the front desk upon check-in.
EARLY CHECK-IN: While we know you are excited to kick off your vacation, please note we cannot guarantee check-in prior to 5:00 PM. We may be able to accommodate your request for an earlier check-in as long as the room is clean and set up, for an Early check in fee.
LATE CHECK-OUT: Unfortunately, these are not possible. If you’d like a late checkout so you can enjoy all the mountain has to offer, we’re happy to book you for another night, if this or any of our other properties is available.
PARKING: Drive in and park in front of Mountain Lodge parking area. You will be allowed up to 2 parking spaces for your unit (2 bedrooms are allowed 2 spaces). Please expect to check in at 5pm on day of your arrival. In some cases when the weather conditions are better, it is not crowded, and your room is clean you may be allowed to check in sooner. However, if you come really early, you can park at Mountain Top check in and enjoy skiing/snowboarding till your check in time.

PETS, BIKES, AND SMOKING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THERE WOULD BE A $300 FINE FOR VIOLATION. You may only bring a bike into the building if you have rented a bike locker from Mountain Lodge front desk.

BOOKINGS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE / Refundable based on the channel policy you book on. Keeping in mind our guests need, we have designed one of the best cancellation policies. You can book with us and purchase travel/trip insurance if available.
