This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, top floor condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a sleeper sofa. It features vaulted ceilings throughout and a private balcony with beautiful slope views. Ideally located in River Run Village so you’re just steps away from shopping, restaurants and local festivities. Plus, you're walking distance to the high-speed gondola. Red Hawk Lodge offers shared amenities including an outdoor pool and two hot tubs.

The entryway has mounted hooks and a bench for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area has vaulted ceilings, a flat screen TV mounted above a beautiful gas fireplace, and a sleeper sofa. Additional sheets and blankets are in a closet. The homeowner has also provided books for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is access to the private balcony. Take in the mountain views while enjoying a cup of coffee and watch the skiers on River Run.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and the dining area comfortably seats four. The bathroom is located just off of the living area and features a pedestal sink and shower/tub combination. The bathroom is stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. The bedroom features vaulted ceilings, a skylight, a queen-sized bed, a flat screen TV, and beautiful views.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

Great location

This unit is a 2 minutes walk to the Gondola, making this the ideal location for someone wearing ski boots! The kitchen is fully stocked, the bed is comfortable, and there is enough living area for at least 2 people.The check-in/out process was easy, the management company has done a great job in timely communicating with me throughout the entire rental process - confirmation, billing, check-in/out, and proactively soliciting feedback. I would encourage if rental units are available and ready, offer the free early check-in rather than charge 15 per hour. I rented 5 places in 5 different resorts this January in Colorado, and this is the one company charging for early check-in.

This is the perfect place for a ski trip! First time in a ski-in/ski-out and honestly felt so spoiled to be able to snowboard in such a short walk and zero hassle. The property itself was very quaint. The only “negative” thing I would say is that considering their property office was in a different location, I wished they stocked up on standard toiletries like shampoo and conditioner in the unit. Like it’s not that difficult to account for how many days and how many guests are staying ahead of time. They did offer for us to pick up extra in their office, it was just unfortunate that we shuttled here and had no vehicle to pick it up with. But still, the place was perfect!

Food stains on the counters and coffee table and two pillows on the couch were covered in dirt and what looked like pet hair. And it had an off putting smell as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

All the amenities were provided for comfort and staff was on hand almost immediately to address maintenance issues plus they were very polite and professional. Great location good value

The property is clean and a short walk to restaurants, shops, and by the bike path A good value for the price. There is a skylight in the bedroom which makes for an early morning. We knew there was no air conditioning (most condo’s do not have A/C) but the unit gets afternoon sun and not enough crosswind. The unit doesn’t cool off at night and you must use several fans that they provide. We stayed when it was warm for that area low 80’s.

Condo was nice, I had problem with heating and after 2 days it was fixed , first night stop working, then heat start wirking on it's own, but would not turn off ,they send somone to fix it but could not fix it ,so fist night was cold ,second night was to hot , finally 3th night second technician came and fix it . Other then that everyone was good.

Overall the small condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed as far as kitchen needs! Hiwever its a bit dated......the feather deco throw pillows looked as if they might start to fly or quack! Both tv's really need ti be uograded as by tidays standards they are very very small. Other than that, everything was great!

Reviewer Comments: Great location, top floor condo until check out when elevator was out of order. Had to navigate through hallways/stairwells with two separate loads of luggage to garage instead of relaxing by the pool that morning. Extremely frustrating. Nice mattress, pillows and newish comforter but there was no top sheet. Next morning discovered top sheet was bunched up under covers at foot of bed. Messed up bed NOT OK. Fairly spacious kitchen, but toaster had exposed wires out of slots which was extremely dangerous. Dirty, frayed carpet remnant at kitchen sink was disgusting and should be thrown out. Decor was a bit outdated. It’s Keystone, so how about some ski posters or mountain/lodge decor?! Beautiful pool/fitness area with two hot tubs, but the jets were not working in one of the hot tubs. 4:30 p.m. check in time was somewhat late and also 10:00 a.m. check out time was fairly early based on stays at other properties.

Its location is the the main benefit of getting this; the apartment is a bit dated but it's clean and functional; if it were remodeled/renewed the price would reflect that. Keep it the way it is (including price wise 🙂) and we'll be back next year.

It is functional in amenities, layout and location, however I equate it to a rental suited for a college age crowd.

Okay but not Great

This is a nice building in a great location. Unfortunately, the management company for this particular condo unit has detracted from it considerably. A lot of small cheap things add up to make this a place we would not return to. The thermostat is an old analog unit that is impossible to accurately adjust. We were too hot or too cold the entire time. For a four night stay they provided two bars of soap, each one was the size of a saltine cracker. When we asked for more they told us we would have to drive to their office a mile away to get it. A lot of lightbulbs were burned out and the ones that were working were a mix of all different types. Fluorescent lighting really ruins the ambience of being in a lodge setting. The sink sponge – they cut it in half to save the 50 cents it would cost to supply a full one! The TV is so small (and poor resolution) that it cannot be watched from the distance of the sofa. The arm chair is torn up and some of the fabric is coming off. Finally, they charge a few dollars for early check in and late check out. Bottom line is that this renter is trying to squeeze every last penny out of this property with no concern for making it a comfortable and inviting place. I suggest to stay elsewhere.

Head to toe, complete update of the entire unit needed, including TV’s! It’s not 1999 anymore. Needs new mattress, bathroom curtain/rugs, more than two mismatched wine glasses, how about a Keurig?
