This magnificent double story house is perfectly situated on a beautiful canal with wonderful views of the wide canal and hickory bay and direct access to Little Hickory Bay and Gulf coast. Minutes from magnificent beaches, restaurants, shops, fishing, shelling, kayaking, tennis & more. The spacious property is modern, clean with triple volume entrance, kitchen with marble counter tops, 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms upstairs and includes a fully equipped second apartment downstairs. An entertainment paradise with stunning 32 foot pool, a brand new elevated hot-tub, wonderful spacious enclosed upstairs oversized lanai, several tables for eating, relaxed sofas and loungers to enjoy the stunning water views, and sea breezes. There are two study rooms and a 3rd desk in the master room with high speed internet access. Launch kayaks from the private dock to enjoy birds and marine life. Meticulously deep cleaned, enjoy special time with family and friends with spectacular scenery, luxurious amenities, and healthy outdoor activities.

Amazing host!

We had a very last minute need for a rental and Natalie was amazing at accommodating us! The house has a great layout for families. Communication was amazing and very appreciated. Great location too!

Good spaces.

We had small children and the large screen lani was a wonderful safe space and great for gathering. The home was supplied with many basics which was appreciated.I was a little surprised the pool wasn’t fenced but being somewhat in the shade allowed a lot of pool time without worry of dunburn

Everything you need.

We used the house for a family reunion. It was perfect. We especially appreciated the board games, bicycles, and kayaks. Lots of outdoor space for a big group. Kitchen was well equipped and pantry had everything we needed. Location was close to the beach, shopping and entertainment.

Sittin on the dock of the bay

Beautiful waterfront property with fantastic amenities. Natalie was a delight to communicate with. The house, pool and hot tub were very clean. The pool was heated to 80, the hot tub to 103, both perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked. The variety of outdoor seating options is awesome. You can relax poolside in loungers or around a dining table for 12 or in the huge screened porch just off the living room and two of the bedrooms. Bikes and kayaks are available in the garage; the beach is just a 10 minute bike ride or a 30 minute walk. Excellent home for four couples traveling together or for a guys or gals trip.

Beautiful Getaway For Rest and Relaxation

We totally enjoyed our time at Natalie’s property. She was very helpful with recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Having the bikes and kayaks included in the rental was such a plus! If your looking for a relaxing beautiful getaway, this is your place.

Our visit - 6 Adults & 3 children

House is very nice. Due to the construction across the water/canal and beside the house there was a constant dusk/dirt. Although the lower level of the house was large, access to it was difficult. The spiral staircase was extremely tight. The best access to the lower level was going down the outside steps. I maybe wrong but I thought the house description said 6 bedrooms. There was only 4. Overall it is a very nice house.

Wonderful vacation

Absolutely beautiful home with a perfect location, right on the canal, pickle close by, short easy cycle to the beach and great restaurants. Everything you could ask for. The photos don’t do it justice, this house is stylish and perfect for two families. We enjoyed sundowners on the dock, swimming in the fabulous large pool, beautiful water views of the bay, fishing, kayaking (helpful steps to launch) and relaxing. House had all the amenities and well stocked kitchen. Magical and not to be missed. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

We had 11 people on this trip. This house is plenty big enough where everyone could have their own space. We all enjoyed fishing of the dock or laying in sun. We also enjoyed the pool. Awesome area. We can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful Family Vacay

This house was awesome. Amazing views. Big enough so everyone can have their own space at the end of the day. Would definitely rent again. We loved the local restaurants and Bonita beach preserve is gorgeous. We had a big family vacay here with various ages so we always drove to our outings. We did use the bikes to ride down the street at sunset and we enjoyed a morning on the bay in the kayAks. The host Natalie was very responsive to all our questions and needs prior to our booking, once we booked, and while we were there.

Almost Real Nice

Small upgrades could really make this a great place. Beautiful main living space on top floor with a great screened in deck outside. Replace rusted pool furniture and add beach supplies for more than 2 people could easily improve this place. Major downside is internet service is terrible for someone that has to work during their stay. Natalie and Andrew are pleasant and respond quickly but need help with their wifi.

Convenient location clean nice house

Convenient location clean nice house. Natalie the owner delivered everything as promised. The bikes worked well the kayaks were nice the social gathering area allowed us all to be together. The neighbors were nice and even invited us to a party. We all had a very nice time.

Spacious close to beaches

The house needs improvements specially in the first floor separate apartment. Several appliances need to be replaced and they need to check for mold or humidity in the downstairs rooms and kitchen. The property manager was great. They came to see the problems and tried to fix some of them. However, We did enjoy our family vacation going to the beach, relaxing and using the pool and Bbq. Thank you!

Amazing Home

Our family loved this home. We stayed with extended family and the two kitchens were perfect. We used the dock for our rental boat and loved having access to the additional water toys. The hosts are extremely responsive. I would highly recommend this property and plan to come back!

Nice Stay

Came with our family (3 young children) for spring break. Location and proximity to the beach was very easy/simple. Quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. Natalie was an incredibly accommodating and flexible host. We appreciated her accessibility and understanding to shifting dates. The house is overall very nice, but there are some minor improvements that would really help take it over the top. Just some slight home improvements that would make it next level. Thanks for having us.

quiet area, big home

lots of room and rooms. neighborhood is quiet and people were friendly we met on walks. the owner of the home was courteous and responsive. location is close to the beach (we rode the cruiser bikes to avoid traffic and parking)

Great views, terrific setting, and location spacious and quiet

Natalie was easy to deal with, she was very accomodating and made sure we had everything we needed. Our 2.5-week visit comprised of 5 adults visiting our 95-year-old mother, the elevator was perfect to get her up to the top floor in her wheel chair. The house was clean, orderly, and a perfect setting for covid wfh. The views from the house are great. The kayaks, bikes, and proximity to the gulf made the stay that much better. We highly recommend renting this home. Thanks Natalie!
