Very spacious and was perfect for our family! Nice neighborhood. Excellent communication by host. Only hiccup was that cleaning crew was still there at check in time and had to wait a bit but waited in pool area so it worked out.

This was a very well appointed house for our tennis team of seven people to stay in! The pool was especially nice and big enough for us all to float around and cool off after tennis. The bedrooms were plentiful and lots of bathrooms too. The kitchen had everything we needed, including two refrigerators. There was plenty of comfortable seating - we especially enjoyed the recliners –and all of the TVs were large although we did not use the TV much. We would definitely stay here again if the tournament is in Naples again! Thanks for hosting us.

While we had a very good stay in the house, the treatment was good and the host was responsive, the house didn’t feel super clean from the very beginning. Throughout the week we have seen bugs and cockroaches inside the house while keeping everything clean and also some bugs on the beds. Location is very good and our group of 16 had plenty of place in the house.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry for the concerns you experienced during your stay. As we mentioned at the time, the insects you encountered were palmetto bugs, which are common in Florida, especially at the start of the wet season. They can occasionally enter homes if doors—such as the one leading to the pool—are left open. That said, we do have regular professional pest control in place and will continue to monitor and treat the home to minimize any occurrences Thank you again for your feedback—it truly helps us improve.

Fantasic golf trip

We had this house and a neighbour house for 12 guys in total and spent one of best trips ever. Best with this house are the many bedplaces with individual beds.

Spring Break in Naples

This location was clean and had a lot to offer. There is a ton of space and to relax and comfy beds to sleep in. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool and making meals in the kitchen. Would highly recommend this property to families and friends!

nice location with a lot of room

We needed a larger home for a golf trip. Having six rooms and all the bathrooms in this home was perfect for our group. This is our second time at the home because its clean and extremely well appointed too. The pool was a great bonus to have on a few hot days.

This house was terrific! Lots of space and very well stocked kitchen. I will definitely stay here again if I have a group of 9 or more returning to this area. Everything went great with the house!
