Oksana's Oasis is a spacious ocean front property with spectacular views and a large swimming pool with 10 foot overflow spa. This rental provides 2 double and 2 single kayaks. There is a long pier that goes out over the shallow water and a floating dock that can accommodate up to a 24' boat.

Your property manager lives nearby and is available if you have any requests during your stay

Amazing 4 bedroom/3 bath Ocean Front Home on Cudjoe Key with; heated pool, dock, large screened in porch and great ocean views. Sleeps 10+
There are beds for 8 people. There are additional sleeper sofas in several bedrooms. Please contact host for more than 10 guests.

Master suite with king bed overlooking the ocean and pool, open air private porch. This spacious bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower.
King Bedroom: has private bath and direct access to shared screened in porch, large sitting area with sleeper sofa.

Living Room: 55" TV, 2 fold out couches.
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances; wine cooler, blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven and refridgerator. Full supply of; dishes, bowls, silverware, stemware, drinking glasses, pots, pans and utensils.
Linens: All sheets, towels and beach towels provided. Iron and ironing board.
Supplies: Dish soap, dishwasher soap, dish sponge, some large trash bags, bar soap and liquid hand soap in bathrooms, propane for grill, one full roll of paper towels, one extra full roll of toilet paper per bath. We do not supply laundry soap.
Outdoor Features: Propane grill, lounge chairs, There are a couple kayaks for your use. You may rent additional kayaks locally.
Boat Dockage: 18’ floating dock for boats up to 24’
Parking: Contract is for 2 cars and 1 boat trailer. Please let us know if you need additional parking.

Location: 20 minutes from Key West, 15 minutes from Bahia Honda State Park.

Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation in writing 90 days or more before your arrival, you will receive a full refund, less a cancellation fee of $25.00 and Administrative fee. If you cancel less than 90 days before arrival, your payment and any prepaid rent will be refunded only if we are able to procure another rental for that same period. If no rental is procured, you will lose your payment and any prepaid rent, not to exceed the amount of your rental. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival, there will be no refund. If the Florida Keys are closed for weather related or other emergencies for your arrival date, you will be given the opportunity to re-schedule your reservation or receive a refund.


Non-Refundable Damage Deposit Waiver: Instead of charging a security deposit, Host charges a non-refundable $74 damage waiver fee that covers up to $3000 for damage to real or personal property of the vacation rental property as a result of your acts or omissions.

Uber, Lyft and Taxis area available as well as Public Bus transportation. It is recommended that you have a car

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.

This home is priced based on the number of guests. The base rate is for up to 6 guests. Additional guests fee is $25 per night per person.


Our Cancellation policy is:
