Esta es la casa que usted o bien esquiar por o viajar en el ascensor por y está gritando a nosotros 'We Love Your House-podemos venir y unirse a usted'! Prácticamente se puede alcanzar y tocar a Presidente 15 mientras disfruta de un chapuzón después de esquiar en el jacuzzi. Si usted está buscando un amplio rústico de montaña casa esto es para ti. Esta casa está ubicada en Juniper Ridge, justo en la Silla 15 / Eagle Express. Es uno de los cinco únicos verdaderamente casas Ski- In / ski-out en Mammoth.

.. Este 5000 pies cuadrados casa de encargo está completamente amueblado con un total de 5 dormitorios: uno principal en suite / media / sala de baño de arriba, un gran dormitorio de invitados / baño de arriba, dormitorio de invitados / baño en planta baja y 2 dormitorios de estilo dormitorio cada uno con su propio cuarto de baño de la planta baja. Hay un total de siete baños.

Arriba se encuentra un luminoso y abierto gran sala con una hermosa chimenea de piedra de río y TV de pantalla de plasma. La gran sala se abre a una nueva cocina completamente equipada, un bar rústico en la ladera y una gran terraza con vistas a la pista de esquí. En la planta baja hay una sala de estar con una mesa de billar y una gran pantalla de plasma. Todo ello con vistas a las montañas y la pendiente.

Tiene una cubierta pendiente del lado grueso superior, así como una cubierta más baja con un jacuzzi.

Alquilamos nuestra propiedad un número limitado de semana durante todo el año. 7 noches mínimo, $ 15.000 por semana + 13% TOT. MLK vacaciones, vacaciones del presidente y la Pascua están disponibles. The Best Ski Trip Ever

The location of this cabin is epic. We had 3 families there (13 total people) and we had more than enough space. The majority of our time was spent on the back deck around the fire pit. The house is stocked with pretty much anything you could need for your stay. The ease of getting on the mountain was ridiculous, and we saved so much money by being able to just pull up to the house for food and beverages. The Owners are fantastic. Penny answered all of my questions, and the house was in immaculate shape when we arrived. We will definitely be back. I would recommend this house to anyone who loves the ease of a ski-in/ski-out winter vacation. I could not be more stoked that we chose to stay here. It was amazing. We look forward to staying there again next year. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Great Christmas vacation.

This house was everything we could have imagined. It had more than enough room for our party of 6 adults and 7 kiddos(9-18). It was great having two separate living areas for the adults and kids to hang out in. The best part of the house was its location. It was truly ski in/out. We have stayed at other ski in/out homes that require a little walk to get to the slopes. Not this place, slope was steps from the back deck. At the end of the day, I could board all the way to the side door unbuckle my board and be two steps from the house. The owners were great to work with. One of the families had ordered a Christmas tree to be sent to the house, and Penny had the package waiting for us in front of the fireplace. We couldn’t have been more please with how well the house was stocked with everything. The only thing you will need is groceries from Vons, everything else is provided from spices to paper products. Thanks for allowing us to have such a great and relaxing Christmas ski trip in your wonderful home.

Perfect ski-in ski-out house for a large group

The house is a true ski-in ski-out right on the slopes. It was the perfect house for our family vacation with 12 adults. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom which was so nice for a large group. Having two sitting areas was convenient and we had a lot of fun using the pool table. The kitchen has everything you need too. The hosts were so easy to communicate with and were super helpful. A comfortable, wonderful vacation house - we hope to be back!

Perfect Family House

The layout of the house is perfect for a large group but still works for fewer people. The bedrooms are separated from each other and works perfect when people want to sleep in the morning. The location is great with walking paths for hiking. One of our favorite things was being right on slope. Since the lift wasn't open yet the kids were able to sled all day long. The house is equipped with everything needed to cook and enjoy your stay. Highly recommend and we will definitely return. Definitely a "Dream House".

Beautiful in the winter but also amazing even in the summer.

We had been to Mammoth Mountain in the winter to ski and wanted to see its' beauty in the summer so we rented this amazing home. It is magical. I have never seen such huge pine cones and went pine cone hunting in the glorious woods. This home is unbelievable. Best place to stay anywhere in Mammoth and worth every penny. The decorating is fantastic. Everyone can spread out yet come together around the large kitchen, dining, family room and fireplace. Hot tub, pool table, ski in, ski out. Very, Very Classy. Top of the line home. If you want to feel pampered and relaxed, this is the home to do it. You could bring a large family, grandchildren, or groups of friends or families. Plenty of room for big groups. Not many vacation homes top this in all of the U.S. It is both romantic yet roomy, private but family centered as there are so many levels and all of the many roomy bedrooms have private baths. The master suite is a true retreat. You have to see this home and treat yourself.

Welcome family and friends to our mountain home!!!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When we found this lot and realized it was right on the slope-we knew we had to buy it and build a vacation home here. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. All the hassles of trying to get everybody to the mountain together, finding parking, hauling skis, trying to find a seat for lunch and paying a crazy amount for it........those are all gone. Coming in for lunch or happy hour after skiing and being able to sit on the deck and talk to people in the lift or to the people going by, turning on some good music, sitting in the jacuzzi..... it is awesome. Sharing it with family and friends makes it even better. Even if you are not a skier or a boarder you won't feel like you got left behind!
