This upscale, gated complex features a seasonally heated community pool, hot tub, and private beach access right across the street! This elegant condo offers guests multiple flat-screen TVs, a washer/dryer, a full kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, and a private balcony! The king master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with granite countertops and a walk-in shower. There's also a twin-over-full bunk bed in the guest room, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, sleeping up to 6 guests comfortably. Built in 2015, Alerio is a new complex located in the heart of Miramar beach. Featuring a community pool with waterfall feature (seasonally heated), hot tub with a waterfall feature, grilling area, dancing fountains, and private beach access right across the street, and also an easy walk to Surf Hurt and Cabana Café. In addition to some of the area’s finest beaches, this complex is located under a mile from Silver Sands Outlets. For live music, fireworks and delicious food in the evening, check out the Village of Baytowne Wharf, just 3 miles away. Alerio is the perfect choice for your next vacation!

Area Attractions:

Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Chang's China Bistro, and Cantina Laredo Gourmet Mexican Food. In 2013, Walton County’s first movie theater opened at Grand Boulevard’s Town Center – the state-of-the-art Boulevard 10 Movie Theater.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017.  Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
