Relax in this newly built studio apartment that over looks Delightful Dunedin's Main Street with your own private balcony. With plenty of room inside and out you'll enjoy the well equipped kitchen with a 4 burner cooktop, a standard refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The kitchen Island with 2 bar stools is a great place to sit and work on your laptop. If working isn’t in your plans it’s a prime spot to eat a home cooked meal or enjoy take out from a local eatery. The queen size bed has a pillow top mattress and is plush and inviting. Large closets are a great feature for storing your belongings out of the way. A chaise in the corner of the unit is a great place to relax and read a book or take e a quick nap. A large smart tv with cable can be viewed from anywhere in the unit. The bathroom has great natural light and a walk in shower. The unit also has a washer and dryer for you to use. WiFi is also available. This unit is over a Irish Pub/Bar.





This unit is above a Pub/Bar, noise may be an issue.

This apartment is exactly like the pictures! Lots of room, comfy bed, clean and adorable bathroom! It is above a bar so you can hear the music every night but I loved it.

Perfect spot

Truly enjoyed our stay. Very clean and updated with nice touches. Perfect location. Keep in mind you are above an Irish pub so there will be some noise in the evening. Friday evening everything seemed to settle around 10 and by midnight on Saturday. But if you are here to enjoy the local restaurants and breweries I'm sure this won't be an issue. Centrally located, everything within walking distance, and the weekend market is a block away. Got the checkin instructions a few days ahead of time and were easy to follow. Will definitely be back if I'm staying in the area again.

Excellent stay

This property is as described and pictured. What you can’t see in the pictures is how perfectly clean it is. Immaculate. The location can’t be beat. Communication and instructions were excellent. Yes, there was bar noise. The listing and previous reviews prepared me for this, so I brought earplugs and headphones to use to fall asleep. If you’re the type to want to walk steps to your bed after a fun night of live music, this is your place!

Perfect Studio in Downtown Dunedin

This property was a great find. The location was ideal, being within walking distance of everything downtown Dunedin has to offer. Parking was never an issue, and the host ensured I had everything I needed. I will definitely try to stay here again next time I’m in town.

Downtown Dunedin

This property is right in the heart of everything in Dunedin. Great Restaurants, night life, shopping. Short drive to the state park beach. Also relatively close to a lot of Tampa St Pete attractions. The property itself is decorated beautifully and was immaculately clean. I would stay here again when in the area.

Anniversary get away

We live south of Tampa, just wanted to get away for couple days for our anniversary. The studio was great. The location worked out for us to check in and walk around town for restaurants and other venues. The studio apartment was clean, with all the amenities we needed. Thank you to our host, they did a great job.

Short stay in Dunedin summarize your over

Property was very clean and big enough for one or two people. Home away from home. Loved everything but loud music until 3am was inconvenient Friday and Saturday night. That information was communicated prior to my stay. I would definitely stay there again Sunday through Thursday. PS. Needs new bed pillows.

Perfect

Location, cleanliness, amenities, comfort, safety - all of it was Perfect! Everything we could possibly need was already in the unit! The owners were so quick to respond to all of my inquiries! There were even beach chairs and umbrellas for our use. I loved being in the middle of downtown. After a beautiful beach day, we were able to easily enjoy food & drinks and have an incredibly restful and comfortable sleep. I also didn’t find that you could hear too much of what was going on outside within the unit! Thank you so much!

Fabulous unit

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful apartment right in the middle of everything. It was sparkling clean with every amenity we could want. Sitting on the huge balcony overlooking everything was addictive, so much fun watching all the action and people. Except for a short drive northward we walked everywhere and enjoyed every restaurant we went to. Erin and Bill are great hosts, highly recommend staying here!

Great Weekend Getaway

My husband and I were in the area for a wedding this past weeekend. This was the perfect spot for us to enjoy local live music and cuisine. We avoided renting a car because everything we needed was within walking distance. We can't wait to come back again! This is a beautiful, modern property that has an amazing balcony. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved the apartment. Beautifully decorated, had everything we needed and great walkable location to everything. Flanagan’s can be noisy until 3am. We used the homemedics machine to help with white noise. Either way, it was just PERFECT!

Great for short stay

We LOVED the location but a little too loud due to the customers of Flanagan's. I assumed the music would have stopped at 10pm but it went on until 2-3am. Then the patrons hung around outside in front of our building until 4am. The apt was very clean and perfect for a short stay. Thank you

Wonderful accommodations in the perfect location

The accommodation was spotless clean and was supplied with everything you would need. It was located in downtown Dunedin, walking distance to a great many restaurants and shops. And the host was attentive and gracious. Overall it met all of our needs and expectations.

Great town

Perfect location, no need for a car very walkable to Restaurants and Breweries. There is also a Trolley that takes you to Tarpon Springs and Clearwater beach.

Great Place in a great location

This studio apt could not be in a better location to explore Dunedin. Located right on Main Street. The host Erin was great with the check-in process and communicated great. The studio had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay here again when in Dunedin.
