Beautiful location, cute & comfortable accommodations, plenty of pillows, adequate plumbing, water view. Eric was easy to contact. Check in/out process was easy.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was cute, clean, and had plenty of natural sunlight. It’s located in a nice community and was very pet-friendly. The space was perfect for two and felt roomy and comfortable. We stayed here for a wedding ceremony nearby, and it was the perfect spot for the occasion. Would definitely stay again!

Bright and airy! A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood by the water. Great walks to the shoreline and nearby eateries. The home was just as described—very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The outdoor deck was peaceful and had a nice view of the water. I’d definitely recommend it to friends.Just a quick note: the king bed is on the softer side (comfortable for my husband), while the pullout couch is nice and firm—so there are options depending on your preference.

Our stay was great! The place was clean and bright, very livable. It’s in a great location, less than two blocks from restaurants and bars of Ozona. Eric was a great host and accommodated all our needs. It was truly a pleasure staying here.

Perfect weekend stay

My daughter and I needed a place to stay while visiting nearby family for the holidays for a few days. We felt safe and the home was clean. We will come back!

Great stay at Ozona

Serene & comfortable space to stay for a few days. Located along the bay & convenient to most shops & restaurants. Our stay was pleasant,& Eric was responsive to our needs during the stay when we had asked for more sheets/dishwashing detergent etc. I recommend having a step stool in the only restroom for kids as the sink is too high. The laundry was not functional (due to recent floods) but Eric was happy to provide us a dinner re-imbursement. Overall a great stay!!

Spectacular area and amazing property

If you’re coming down this area, this small village and this Rental with the backyard and the view are amazing It doesn’t get much better Lots of places to eat and it’s right near the bike path so I got in my hundred miles No worries the TREK BIKE STORE IS MOVING TO THE CAUSEWAY AND 19 IN 45 DAYS JUST ANOTHER REASON TO STAY IN THIS PART OF FLORIDA THE OWNER IS AWESOME

Amazing location

My husband and I booked this for a weekend getaway and it exceeded our expectations. The location is great and in walking distance of some restaurants/shops in Ozona. The space was very nice and clean. Host was very quick to reply to any questions we had.

This property is very well located, close to restaurants, grocery stores,Dunedin beaches and Honeymoon Island State Park. The apartment itself has a nice view of the water with a back deck and table for meals which was very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, but you need a foot stool to help you get into bed since it’s high. The owner is very responsive to your questions and comments.

Perfect Vacation Spot

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Bright and Airy..." upstairs apartment! It proved completely true to it's name with windows surrounding the whole living room and the bay visible from the back deck. The location was PERFECT as it's in a nice and quiet neighborhood, yet is within a few miles to some great areas of interest such as Tarpon Springs, Dunedin, and Honeymoon Island. We spent one full day exploring each of those three places and would highly recommend anyone else to check them out. Decor of the place is modern and super cute, with nice touches like the sliding panels in the bedroom opening up to view the living room, and comfortable chair and couches. Four houses down the street we were able to gather together with some neighbors to watch some gorgeous sunsets! All in all, just a wonderful stay. Hated to leave and head back to snowy PA.

So comfy

Perfect Gem

The property was perfect for myself, husband, and our four legged little girl. The decor was calming, the windows gave way for lots of natural lighting. The neighborhood is wonderful, friendly people, quiet, and safe. This is a perfect gem and another stay will be in the near future.

Beautiful place near the water

This upstairs unit has a nice view toward the beach and is one block from Ozona restaurants and shops. The main bed is quite comfortable and the living area is relaxed and homey. Good place to stay if you want to be in the Palm Harbor area.
