Located 150 meters from the beach in the Parc neighborhood (on the Saint Georges de Didonne side), this old house was purchased and converted into three apartments that are completely independent of one another.
The apartment offered (fully renovated) can accommodate up to 6 people and is located on the 2nd floor.
The entrance to the apartment (very modern) leads directly into the large, bright living area.
The living area opens onto the terrace, which is furnished with lounge chairs and offers a direct view of the garden.
The kitchen is adjacent to the living room and is fully equipped (toaster, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, oven, microwave, etc.).
Access to the living room mezzanine, where there is a 160-size bed (sleeps 2).
The bathroom (shower) has a hair dryer, a towel warmer, and a single sink.
The toilet is separate.
One bedroom with a 160-cm bed and a walk-in closet. (Clothes rack and iron).
Another bedroom with a 160-cm bed and a bunk bed (two 90-cm beds). Please note: The bunk beds are only suitable for children weighing up to 50kg and not for adults.

Grande Conche Beach is just 150 meters from the apartment. The heart of the Parc neighborhood is also within walking distance (market, bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, and playground).
Linens are not included in the price but can be provided upon request for an additional fee, as can made-up beds. Duvets and pillows are available
Pets are not allowed.
Bicycles can be stored behind the house out of sight (at your own risk).
