Recently renovated, the condo features brand-new flooring, stylish furniture, and updated countertops, giving the home a fresh, modern feel while maintaining a warm, beach-inspired atmosphere. The open living and dining areas are perfect for gathering with family and friends after a day at the beach or by the bay.
Each bedroom provides a peaceful retreat, and the two full bathrooms offer convenience and comfort for everyone in your group. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee, unwinding after a day of exploring Sunset Island, or simply enjoying time together indoors, this condo is designed to feel like a true home away from home.
As a guest of Sunset Island, you’ll enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including pools, walking paths, and private community spaces — all just moments from Ocean City’s beaches, dining, and attractions.
This is a nonsmoking unit. No Pets allowed, please.

Sunset Island is a private Bay Front community, conveniently located on 67th street in Ocean City, MD. This luxurious resort features anything you need for a safe and sound family vacation. Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain and great community activities. Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets,  Fager's Island,  Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more! 
Amenity Fees: $170.00 covers 6 facility & 2 parking passes. Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week.
This property does not allow group rentals. Online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Sunset Island Resort

Our stay was lovely. The townhouse was well-equipped, comfortable and roomy. VRBO double-booked our original condo. Fortunately, the host was able to relocate us in this townhouse.

Beautiful condo!

My family and I have been renting in Sunset Island for about 15 years. We love it here! My only complaint was that it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, especially the carpets. Also, there were clothes in a draw and under a bed when we got there.

Check in process was great! Condo was perfect and had everything we needed! Perfect location.... Wish there was no carpet so if there was any cons at all, that would be it but even that wasn't a big deal at all!

A little outdated

Mediocre.Kitchen Sink Faucet needs repair.Bathroom shower door needs a sweep to prevent leaking of shower out onto floor. Large gap exists.Furniture is outdated and uncomfortable.
