Expansive, 180-degree, oceanfront views in this gorgeous 1st-floor condo with one of the largest private oceanfront decks in Carolina Beach! This spacious open floor plan condo has ocean views in every direction and is perfectly located within walking distance from the boardwalk on the ocean side, and 1 block from the public kayak /SUP drop on the canal side.

This open floor plan condo is perfectly maintained, with ceiling to floor windows throughout the living and dining areas. The master bedroom has a deck with canal views and a small office for those looking to get away during the work week!


The common areas includes 2 parking spaces, a private renters closet for beach gear, and closed, heated outdoor shower. The large deck facing the ocean is private and is only for use by guests of this unit.

This luxury property has never before been available for rent and had only one prior owner.

Local coffee and sandwich shop right out your door across street for your morning coffee.

The property was as described and we had a fabulous time! Would definitely recommend! It was so nice to have the beach right out the door - didn't have to load up all the gear to drive to the beach.

Decent stay!

Location was perfect in relation to the beach and a cute little mini mart and coffee/breakfast shop literally across the street. Huge downside (not property owners fault) there was lots of construction happening the whole week of our honeymoon from 6am to about 5pm. Also the parking needs to be more clearly labeled for this unit and the upper unit because there was major confusion with the upper unit and they ended up stealing our parking spots and causing scenes. The 2nd half of our stay with the new upper residence was better but they were stompers and sounded like they were rearranging furniture.Overall it was a decent experience and like I mated before the location was PERFECT and we actually go married right off the public access in front of this beach house! It was a magical setting and we were glad to be able to take in the view of where we got married every morning of our honeymoon.Place is definitely family friendly, lots of chairs and sand toys for the beach you can borrow. Also huge plus the a/c works great in this unit!The back deck is huge and definitely is the main highlight! The outlets on the deck itself don’t work but if you don’t need them then it’s not a big deal. 9/10 and I would book it again!

Wow!

Amazing property. Steps to the beach. Property had everything we needed. Host was very responsive. Cute little store with great take out food options. Approximately a one mile walk/bike ride to the boardwalk and many restaurants and shops. Would absolutely book again. Great family trip!

Fall fishing trip

Great spot

The only difficulty was the parking. The units above get a majority of the parking spaces leaving space for only 2 vehicles. We had people coming from multiple states so we were not able to consolidate to 2 cars some 2 cars had to pay for parking which was $25 per day. overall the experience was nice, we walked down to the beach several times and walked to several places to get food.

Carolina Beach Vacation

This is a beautiful and roomy condo. It has individual outdoor shower dedicated to the unit and storage unit full of chairs and umbrellas. The deck overlooking the dunes and ocean is amazing and large. The washing machine and dryer look in great shape but the washer will only work on certain settings and dryer took multiple cycles to dry. Fan is out in master bath. lamp shades need dusting in master. Otherwise it was truly lovely and comfortable.

Excellent property in a great location.

This condo was well kept, clean, and plenty big enough for our family of 4. Couldn’t ask for better proximity to the beach and the North End Mini Mart. The deck is spacious as well. The only negative is the parking (which is difficult at many of the CB homes). We have a large SUV (Yukon XL) and the space was too small to accommodate our vehicle and be able to open doors/exit the vehicle, particularly due to having small children. I had to park outside of the covered area to unload/get children out and then pull under if I wanted to be covered.

Little Slice of Heaven

We had a wonderful stay. The rental was in a great location that was just a short drive to the major attractions and many local restaurants were within walking distance. The view was amazing! I would not hesitate to book again.

Great family vacation spot

This was our second stay at this beautiful ocean front condo. We find it to be a perfect location for our family, making beach time super simple for our kids. The condo is plenty spacious and has everything you need for a great beach trip. You will hear sound from upstairs unit, if it's occupied, but mostly just footsteps. This would be common in any multi-floor unit. It's not disruptive to us. We look forward to staying here again.

Great location

Once we got past the parking issue, the stay was great!! The property is very nice and the location is perfect!! This worked very well for our family of six… four adults and two kids/teens. It has neverything you need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. There is only room for two vehicles to park, one of which is covered. The listing stated two covered spots, which has since been corrected at my suggestion. There is a third spot to park from the side of the house, but there is the potential to get blocked in from the beach parking located on the street. If you don’t plan to move it’s great.

Space with a View

All condo rooms were spacious, not cramped like other beach rentals. Beach access was the immediately adjacent public access — no strenuous tiers of stairs through dunes, people watching was entertaining. Whole back wall of condo was windows viewing ocean, dining and living area. Spacious porch for entertaining. Dining area has full view of ocean.
