Steps to the Beach, Ocean Views, Ocean front lot

This property is an updated 1930’s beach cottage located on an ocean front lot and just steps to the beach. We’ve kept the old school vintage charm but added modern comforts. This house is located on the ocean side of the street but has a house between it and the ocean. The top deck has amazing ocean views to the north and south and the living room has great sunrise views. Brand new stainless appliances and a fully stocked kitchen.
The space
Guests will be staying on the top two floors of the property. There is a separate unit on the bottom level that is not a part of this rental. The two tenants living on the bottom level are extremely quiet and you won’t even know they are there. Top floor has an open bedroom with a king & queen bed and a bathroom with shower. This bedroom also has a deck off of it with ocean views. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, 1 king and 2 queens. It also has the kitchen, dining room with a table for 8, a full bath, the living room, another dining/game area for 4, and a covered porch. Each bedroom has its own mini split unit for custom temperature control. Linens, kitchen essentials, coffee to get you started, basic cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, 8 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, kids sand toys, boogie boards, a few games and toys, 1 kids booster chair, and 1 pack n play are included with this rental.

This house is a 1930s classic so there are some unique quirks that you will notice. For example there are a few 6ft doorways, so taller guest, please watch your heads. There are also narrow interior stairways.
