Located truly in the heart of downtown Nashville, our historic and spacious 1 bed 1 bath condo will be everything you need from comfort to convenience during your Nashville adventures! Complimentary Coffee, washer and dryer in-unit as well.

Our property host Shaun was amazing he made us feel welcomed and went over and beyond to answer my questions within minutes! The property is described exactly on web site, and very clean and felt safe during our stay. I highly recommend staying here and would do it all over again in the near future! All the fun is within walking distance. The parking was very convenient for our stay as well. Highly recommend!!

My sister n law, niece and I came to see the Dolly Musical and explore Nashville. Shaun's condo was safe, clean, roomy, and had everything we needed and then some! It's walking distance to Broadway and many restaurants and stores.

We had a fantastic stay at this one-bedroom, one-bathroom VRBO in Nashville. The unit was spotless and well taken care of, which made it easy to settle in right away. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including Broadway, restaurants, and entertainment. Communication from the manager was clear, fast, and helpful, which made the whole process smooth from start to finish. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, awesome space

The loft has a great set up, very open feeling and clean. Great location, easy walk to Nissan Stadium, Broadway, etc. Parking was very close and easy. Shaun was easy to communicate with.

This condo was so much better than staying in a hotel room. It was roomy, clean, had a great kitchen and everything was so well laid out. Had a great music city vibe to it. I am a very light sleeper and figured I would have a hard time sleeping because you know this is Nashville and its gonna be noisy at night, but the bedroom is kind of sealed off and with the noise machines he provided I slept great.Owner was responsive to any questions we had, literally replied within minutes. Access to downtown Broadway was perfect and the parking next door was so convenient. We parked our car and left it there. Don't stay in a crowded hotel when this place is so much better. Highly recommend!!

Absolutely Amazing

First and foremost, the property owner is amazing and responsive. Everything that was described was how it was when we got there !! The unit was AMAZING!! We had the best time!! Location was perfect!! We walked everywhere went.

Anniversary Trip

Shaun is an outstanding host. The condo exceeded my expectations. It was clean and well-furnished and had great appliances. Its everything you need. The location is very quiet and within walking distance of Printers Alley and Broadway as well as other major attractions and restaurants. Parking is right next door and convenient. We would definitely book again if I came back to Nashville.

Loved the brick and the exposed ceiling. This was just the place we needed. The unit was spotless and so cozy. Loved it being so close to everything but just off the beaten path. We could hear the bustle of the city, but we didn’t mind. Plenty of towels and everything else for a comfortable stay. We would definitely book again!

Perfect location

Very central location and nice property. It would be best for just one couple given the single bedroom but the space worked well for the 4 of us with the pull out couch. Felt very safe and secure and the unit was very well cared for.
