El estacionamiento no está incluido, pero hay un garaje de pago en 5th Ave que puede reservar en línea y también un lote de superficie de pago en 6th Ave.

También construimos algunos casilleros donde los huéspedes que llegan temprano o salen tarde pueden guardar su equipaje.

Se trata de un edificio histórico de 3 plantas en la 5ª Avenida de las Artes en el centro de Nashville. En el año 1900 fue el corsé Armstrong Shop. Más de 4 años he renovado el 3er piso y techo en 3 lofts únicas.

Tiene escaleras dobles en espiral que soldada en el lugar. 15-20 'techos y expuestos original de ladrillo. cubierta de la azotea privada en el medio del centro de Nashville.

Acabamos de poner un techo nuevo en este año, y añadimos el cobre y el revestimiento de cedro a la sala de la azotea.

Unidad 302 es de todas. Hay 3 lofts en la 3ª planta.

Perfect spot for a weekend getaway to a festival in the park. Property, was clean, well thought out, and the rooftop was great. In walking distance to anything, two doors down from a great coffee shop & cafe, bar downstairs, and a walgreens across the street. What else could you want?

Labor day weekend getaway

Absolutely beautiful, we enjoyed the location...proximity to everything, did not need our vehicle any during our stay, the entire loft was nice, comfortable and cozy....rooftop lounging area a bonus!!!🙂

Great Location

We had a great stay! We parked the car and walked to everything. This unit was awesome for sleeping, you could close the blinds and it was dark and quiet. The rooftop area was a nice bonus For coffee and sunshine in the morning.

Perfect Nashville location

Stayed here 4 nights with my wife for a getaway. The host was helpful with local recommendations that made our stay even better. Close walk to Broadway, the CM Hall of Fame and the Ryman. Secure building and very quiet. Rooftop deck is a plus. Can’t say enough about this place and will definitely stay here next time we are in Nashville.

Absolutely amazing Loft in the middle of downtown Nashville.

Absolutely amazing Loft in the middle of downtown Nashville. Just far enough off Broadway to give you some quiet space but 5 minutes away walking from Broadway! Unbelievable loft spacious, everything you need is included, Walgreens across the street for anything you may need, Starbucks right outside the building. Five stars all around!

Incredible loft

The loft was tastefully decorated and was filled with all the basic toiletries you would need for your stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and loved the ability to shut the blinds on skylights to sleep well at night. Loved the location as well. It was very central. I highly recommend the loft and will definitely stay here during future visits to Nashville.

Wonderful location

The loft is amazing. Location could not be better. Literally in the middle of it all. Host was very responsive and transparent, much appreciated. Do not hesitate! Luggage lockers were key. The rooftop deck was nice after a long night.

Location, location, location!

Very cool vibe, with it's underground, speak easy feel! It was perfect considering we stepped out the front door and were a few hundred feet from Printer's Alley and two blocks from the incredible, 24-7 party, Broadway! Not to mention the great bar below us. However, as wild as the city can be, the room was quiet and super private. The rooftop was a great touch. A perfect kid free couple's stay! We will be booking again.

Absolutely fantastic stay!!!! Perfect Location!

This rental was perfect!!!! My wife and I came to Nashville for the first time! Next time we come, we’ll be booking this unit again! Location was perfect, super clean, great host who communicated quickly and helped us a ton! Vijay was great and when our flights were cancelled upon our departure, he helped us with luggage storage. The Standard Whiskey Bar below was perfect, and a nice spot to get away from the crazy that is Broadway! 2 block walk at most to Broadway…..downhill, so, we found ourselves taking an Uber back most days. Don’t hesitate and book here! Quiet, quaint, relaxing! Rooftop for late night and coffee in the mornings was great!

Excellent Property in Nashville City Center

First, property location is perfect for seeing the Art District, Printer's Alley, and Broadway. The Ryman is just up the block too. We even walked back from Nissan Stadium which is less than a mile away. The best part is the loft itself. Alot of thought went in to designing this property and like others have said, the bed is very comfortable! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. We parked in the open lot around the corner on Church St and it cost us $82 for the weekend. There are other parking garages just up the street after you cross Church St.

Perfect Location - Unit has Character

This unit was perfectly located just blocks away from Broadway Street, restaurants, and other major attractions. The unit is nicely decorated, had two bathrooms and full kitchen. The brick walls give it a nice character. A spiral staircase brings you to a rooftop patio which is also very nice. Being able to walk to most places we saved money by not renting a car (including paying for the parking garage). We spent less than half the amount using Uber. The property manager was very responsive. They also have storage lockers for your luggage. We arrived 2 hours early. All we needed to do is store our luggage and begin exploring Nashville. Our flight left late afternoon on the last day so we checked out at 11 a.m., placed our luggage back in the locker and were able to shop a few hours prior to leaving for the airport.

Wonderful Hidden Gem

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. At first I was hesitant to stay downtown because I was worried about noise and being surrounded by the craziness that I heard was Broadway, however this apartment was in the perfect location. About a 5 minute (maybe less) walk to the action, completely walk-able neighborhood for sight seeing, eating and hotel rooftops nearby. Easy and cheap uber ride to the Gulch and 12th south. We heard no noise at all in the apartment from neighbors or otherwise. The apartment itself was really stunning, the whole building really. The finishes are beautiful and there was obvious attention to detail when it was designed. The key codes were great, no need to worry about keys! The rooftop was the perfect place to end our nights. My husband and I are pretty picky with beds but found the mattress and bedding to be very comfortable. Many home away's we have stayed at in the past have had the cheap rental feel when it comes to linens but not this one. There were even little hotel amenity soaps and shampoos if you need. I highly recommend staying. Thank you Vijay for the fantastic communication !

Great weekend trip to Nashville

Awesome third floor condo just steps away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway but once you step inside you feel like you are miles away. Condo was spacious and well equipped for all your needs. Sadly the weather did not allow us to enjoy the roof top patio but that is a great feature! Great host! Great spot! Will be back if we are back in town again.

Oasis in the middle of the action

The other reviews have listed all the positives which I totally agree with. Condo is walking distance to all the attractions including two of my favorite Nashville restaurants Hattie B's and Jeff Ruby's. When you want to relax take the elevator to your own quiet oasis in the city. Well equipped kitchen if you want to prepare your own meals and relax in your home in Nashville. Vijay was a great host. Can't wait for my next visit.

Perfect location!!! Clean loft close to everything.

Property is a few blocks off of Broadway away from the foot traffic and the noise yet close to everything and down the street from the Ryman. Walgreens and Starbucks across the street, parking 1/2 block away, great restaurant (Puckett’s) a few doors down. Loft was really perfect. Love the vibe and decor, very clean and bed was so comfortable. Great place for a couple. Stop looking and just book it. You won’t regret it.
