Shangri La, Beach Side of 30A in Rosemary Beach, Steps From Walkover I

Our beautiful coastal retreat is located on the south side of 30A in Rosemary Beach. Built for family entertainment with a large private courtyard, salt water pool, and large hot tub. It's a resort in a resort. The open floor plan offers high ceilings, an open dining room and a master suite located on the first level. The second level offers a second master suite with a queen bed and full. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs, one with custom built-in double bunk beds, the other with a king bed. There is also a second media room on this level and a full laundry room. Lastly, there is a large balcony with swinging daybeds for afternoon naps, and a second patio overlooking the backyard oasis. Our home is just steps from walkover I, making it easy to get to the beach and the town square. The driveway comfortably fits three vehicles along, with public street parking available as well.

We also include five bikes with your rental for you to travel around 30A seamlessly.

Please Note:

*The carriage house is NOT included in the rental. The Carriage house will not be rented to another party during your stay. The pool, spa and outdoor kitchen are private!

*The Big Green Egg is not for rental use, but we have a fully functional gas grill available for renters.

*The fireplace in the living room is also not for renter use.

Easter family vacation

This home is a beauty and perfect for our family Easter trip to Rosemary Beach. It is well appointed and spacious. Plenty of room and privacy for our adult kids and grands! The private pool and hot tub are refreshing after a day at the beach! We enjoyed everything about this home and the hosts were super responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!!

Rosemary Beach Getaway 10/10!

Great home for our big summer vacation! Two families with 13 children! It was perfect. Very nice home with a three minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect vacation!

The house is beautiful and in a great location. We slept 10 people (2 families) very comfortably. Perfect number of bathrooms. The teens loved riding the bikes everywhere. Easy walk to the town square and to the beach. We highly recommend this house!

Loved the house

We loved the house, but it needs some care. The outdoor kitchen needs new cabinets as they were rotted. The grill also needs new grates. The house itself was wonderful and had a great feel to it.

Our recent stay at the Shangri La was nothing short of extraordinary. Located in the picturesque Rosemary Beach, this property provided the ideal setting for an unforgettable family getaway. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the surroundings. The property's perfect blend of privacy and accessibility made it an ideal choice for our family; we loved walking into town or just down the street to the beach. Both the interior and exterior of the vacation home exceeded our expectations in every way. The space exuded warmth and comfort; the open-concept layout allowed for easy interaction among family members and the outdoor space was wonderful while our little one was napping. Book this house!

Beautiful home with wonderful amenities and proximity

Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautifully decorated with plenty of room for everyone. Everything we needed to be comfortable was provided. We loved that the beach was a short walk as were the shops and restaurants. We rented a car and didn't even need it all week. We rode the bicycles to explore neighboring beach towns. We enjoyed all of our meals at the local restaurants. The beach was clean and beautiful. It was a little crowded in the small area reserved for vacationers not wanting to use the umbrellas and beach chair service, but it didn't impact our fun. The deck overlooking the street with its large swings was one of our favorite spots to hang out in the mornings and evenings - and catch a snooze or read a book. Owners were very responsive, friendly and helpful. We would stay again :)

The best we have ever had at Rosemary

This property was absolutely perfect in every aspect from practicality and convenience to beauty and pleasure. Sammy and Nate are truly amazing hosts and did whatever they could to make this trip special. The house itself is perfect. Close to the Main town and very close to beach. Which made it perfect for setup for the family in the morning to grab a great spot. Our group does this every year and we collectively decided this particular house is our go to going forward. The beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect after a day in ocean. Lastly, although I already mentioned them, Sammy and Nate came through on a couple things that were needed. I hope everyone can have and make their lasting memories on Water Street.

Perfect getaway

This is our second stay at Shangri La and we will be staying again. Close to shopping, dining and of course, the beach!! Owners are so easy to communicate with and are accommodating. We highly recommend renting this house.

Best All Around!!!

All I can say is AMAZING! Location is absolute perfection, especially having two teenagers on the go in the house. Having an outdoor kitchen/tv/grill and pool with hot tub made the trip (especially when the beach was too cold/windy or busy). Nathan is a gem to work with and the owner is wonderful! We can't wait to come back!

Sets the bar for Rosemary vacations!

We had an amazing time at this house! It's in the perfect location...about 1.5 blocks from the beach walkover, and just at the border of Seacrest (so a very short walk/bikeride to the shops and restaurants of Peddlers Pavilion). One of the community pools is just a few doors down, but the private pool is hard to beat! You can't tell from the photos, but the top portion is a regular pool that turns into a hot tub with the push of a button. The house itself is beautiful and unique (and they don't skimp on TVs like some places!) The booking includes a front-row beach setup (2 chairs, umbrella, and table), which is a much bigger value than the bikes that most houses include. (We then had the flexibility to rent bikes from Peddlers that actually fit our family's needs). The owners were extremely responsive to questions. They also provided a generous amount of paper towels and dishwasher detergent for the week. If I had to find room for improvement, it would be for the owners to add a set of plastic dishes. All the dishware was breakable, and with 3 little kids it would've been helpful to have some small plastic bowls and dishes for the countless snacks they eat! This was our third year starting in Rosemary Beach, and this property was definitely our favorite so far!
