NEW pictures coming soon! Welcome to “No Shady Beaches”—your happy place in the heart of the Seacrest Beach Community! This Southern charmer is equal parts stylish and comfortable, with three dreamy master suites plus two additional guest rooms (yes, including a fun bunk room everyone will race to claim).
Inside, you’ll find warm, inviting colors and beautiful details around every corner—stone countertops throughout, rich wood floors, stainless steel appliances, and upscale touches that make vacation feel extra special.
But don’t be surprised if your favorite spot ends up being outside… because the back porch swing is basically calling your name. With four covered porches, you can sip coffee, unwind after the beach, and soak up that laid-back 30A lifestyle from sunrise to starry skies. It won’t take long before you’re completely, totally… No Shady Beaches adjusted.
ABOUT THE AREA
Seacrest Beach is one of 30A’s most loved coastal communities, perfectly placed between Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach—meaning you’re surrounded by stunning architecture, amazing food, and walkable shopping.
Guests enjoy access to a private beach, and just two blocks away you’ll find one of the biggest and best pools on the Emerald Coast: the 12,000 sq ft lagoon-style resort pool with crystal-clear water and that “wow” factor built in.
You’re also just a stroll away from the Villages of South Walton, and a quick bike ride from other iconic 30A favorites like Seaside, WaterColor, and Seagrove. Bonus: there’s an 18-mile bike/walking path stretching from Rosemary Beach to Grayton Beach, making exploring the coastline ridiculously easy (and ridiculously pretty).
AMENITY ACCESS
To park and enjoy Seacrest Beach amenities, guests must complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet before arrival. No worries—we’ll send the link after booking.
Once you arrive, you’ll pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. You can enter the amenity complex through any of the six gates, and you’ll see a clearly marked queue outside the Guest Services office (look for the bright yellow beach umbrellas).
Important HOA Fee Notice:
Please note there is an additional fee of $2 per day, per guest, required by the Seacrest Beach HOA for community access and amenities. This fee will be collected prior to arrival.
BEACH ACCESS
Seacrest Beach offers a private beach access located on the south side of 30A. Tram stops are available throughout the community and operate on demand, making beach days effortless.
Chair rentals are available to the left (east) through La Dolce Vita, the exclusive provider for Seacrest Beach. Guests who bring their own chairs may set up to the right (west) side of the beach access.
Prohibited items at the private beach: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.
