This home is professionally managed by Beach Habitats 30A. This home sleeps 16 but gets passes for up to 14 people, WaterColor amenity wristbands. People ages 5 and up are required to wear them

Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

DETAILS: Brand new construction! This corner lot home located in Phase 3 of WaterColor features 6-bedrooms, 6.5-bathrooms, and ample parking for multiple cars. Guests will retain privacy, as the lot backs up to a green preserve and has only one neighboring home. It's professionally decorated with unique touches throughout each room. This home is perfect for entertaining with multiple patios, a private pool, golf cart, sound system, and it is wedding-friendly.

The first floor has an open floor plan including a large dining room, living area with fireplace and appointed kitchen. The kitchen features designer cabinetry and lighting, leaving plenty of natural light to spill through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Down the hall is a spacious master bedroom suite which has been freshly updated.

Upstairs there are 3 king bedrooms, one being a spacious master suite with a private balcony and fireplace. There is also a secondary laundry area. The third floor has a final king bedroom and an adjacent bunk room with 4 twin beds, a separate kids area, and private bathroom.

Great layout and location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large group for Thanksgiving. The floor plan of the home worked great--one of the best of the many homes we have stayed in. The home is decorated beautifully. But, the golf cart and bikes need to be updated and the kitchenware left a lot to be desired. For a home this large and nice, we would expect more. That said, we had a very nice time.

Watercolor Vacation

Lovely home

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. It’s a short and magical bike ride to the beach, in a wonderful part of the neighborhood. They house was beautiful, clean, and the property manager was easy to get ahold of and very responsive for any needs that we had.

We all loved it! Only one complaint, neither the ice maker in the freezer nor the free standing ice maker worked. With a party of 15, we ended up buying ice everyday. Not a big deal. Just an inconvenience. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our third time to Watercolor and we just love vacationing here. Our only complaints are that we had to have our fridge serviced twice (wasn’t cooling properly) and we were disappointed that the pool didn’t have a heater and as a result it was unusable (too cold). The house overall is gorgeous and very large so we had plenty of room for 14 people.
