This place is amazing ! First a biggie for me was the cleanliness of the unit ! Spotless . All the bathrooms were very clean and modern. All the appliances were clean and well cared for . Very spacious with good closet space . I also liked a front or rear entrance door. The gated parking was nice and secure ( a crew cab full size truck would be difficult). The location is fabulous. Short walk to the L . There Is a convenient store just south that has many essential items. It doesn’t feel like you are staying in a tourist area. Many dinning choices within walking distance.checking in and out was a breeze with clear detailed information. Our host was very friendly and gave great dinning recommendations. I would highly recommend a stay here .

We had such a wonderful stay! Our host went above and beyond to make everything so easy from start to finish, and even surprised us with fresh doughnuts — such a thoughtful touch. The place was comfortable, welcoming, and honestly even better than the photos. Their kindness truly made our trip feel extra special. I’d definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a smooth, enjoyable experience!

Perfect stay

We were so amazed by this property. I had a group of 7 stay here and we had tons of room. It felt like the perfect size to spread out. The property was beautiful, and it was a great deal to be in the center of the city. Our host introduced himself, brought us donuts in the morning, and made sure we were well taken care of. I’ve never had such an amazing rental experience. I would book again in a heart beat!

Great Condo!

We had an amazing experience at the VRBO. We had 7 adults in the city for a fun girls weekend. There was plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable! We had an excellent check in experience, and the host even brought us a box of donuts on out last morning. I definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful Apartment Perfect Location

This apartment was so comfy and pretty. Our host made so many helpful suggestions. Here are just some of the reasons this is the place to stay...well appointed apartment, beautiful and comfortable, safe area, right next to the train, walkable to so many great restaurants and shops and very responsive hosts.

Great communication; large condo!

This condo is exactly as the photos shows. There were 9 of us and plenty of room for dining and relaxing. Bedrooms accommodated us very well. The most enjoyable aspect was the kindness, helpfulness and responsiveness of the host. We are thankful to have found this.

The unit in my opinion is perfect. It was probably the cleanest unit I have ever rented, literally not even a speck of dust. It is very roomy and comfortable. The condo was well stock with essential, kitchen supplies, blankets and pillows. The beds and the couch are very comfortable.It had a game room which was a really nice touch and fun. There is a beautiful aesthetic throughout the condo. The condo is in a very nice area, it felt secure and safe. It also offers secure parking, which is WONDERFUL, but it is so centrally located that you really do not need a car for anything. It took us less than 15 min to walk to the Mag Mile, the train is less than a block away and if we didn’t feel like walking we just took a short uber ride.The host, Neel…well he should honestly teach a corse on how to be a top level VRBO host. He covers all the bases, he is quick to communicate, he is hospitable, kind, helpful and just made the whole process easy.In my opinion this condo has it all, it is in a great area, it has the best host, the condo is clean, comfortable and well stocked. It is a win/win.

Great location, great condo

The condo is better in person than the listing. It's pretty big and was more than enough for the 5 of us for the weekend. Everything was extremely clean and the building is in a great location. The only thing I'd recommend is if you plan to park, ensure you have a smaller car. Spaces are very tight so anything large SUV is going to be difficult.

Perfect house

This was the perfect house for our stay in Chicago. Neel was a great host! He was very attentive, answered all our questions and was so kind to leave us a bottle of wine and delicious donuts. The house was exceptionally clean, had everything we needed and was in the best location! Thank you again!

Chicago trip

We had the most amazing few days visiting the Windy City!! Our hosts were extremely gracious and hospitable! They came to meet us when we arrived with a bottle of wine and brought us donuts on the morning we left from their favorite neighborhood donut shop! The condo was amazing! Extremely clean and had everything we needed. The location was key! We could easily walk to the El and bus which was super convenient. Highly recommend staying at this location! Oh and having 2 parking spots was amazing!!

Great place, excellent location!

We enjoyed our stay over the Memorial Day weekend. The home was spacious, clean and centrally located for visiting the city. The owners were great - even bringing local donuts one morning. We would love to return to this property on our next visit!

CITY OASIS!!!

This place was everything and more! The photos truly do not do it justice. The space was very clean and equipped with anything and everything we needed, ranging from plenty of clean towels, freshly made beds and even stocked ice in the freezer. The location is extremely convenient as we had plenty of public transportation options and were even lucky enough to have great weather which allowed for us to walk into the city. The owners were so kind and welcoming, and we plan to stay again when we are back in Chicago! Mark D.

Spacious, comfortable condo in amazing location!

We loved staying at this condo. The location was perfect—close to the El and walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and bars. The beds were comfortable with extra soft linens. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the kids appreciated the multiple TVs when we needed downtimes. The property manager provided clear instructions on parking and accessing the space. Clean up instructions were clear and expectations were not burdensome. Overall, it was an awesome place to stay for a long weekend.

Great Space for a Stay in the Heart of Chicago

The layout of this rental is very nice with a good sized kitchen along with room to relax and play games. The beds are all very comfortable! Walkable distance to many downtown attractions and close to the “L” for anything further. Owners were great to work with and even brought us breakfast donuts on our last day!

Amazing stay at a beautiful, spacious apartment!

Neel and Kevin were amazing hosts from start to finish and make for an amazing trip for our group. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, so clean and spacious, and had everything we needed and more! It was also perfectly located where we were able to walk to so many good bars and restaurants, and we weren't more than a 10 minute uber from our other destinations. Would absolutely love to stay here again next time we're in town. Thanks again Neel and Kevin!
