Amazing Penthouse, clean, perfectly equipped, convenient, great doorstaff. Complete and scenic. View nearly as good as John Hancock. Convenient to everything. Full equipped kitchen. Room to move. Room to work. Room to relax.Administration is friendly but precise. It is a relaxing home to enjoy after days of meetings or sightseeing. It is NOT a party pad. Meet for pre-post dinner cocktails or watch the game with a friend or two-Perfect !!!My favorite WOW stay in Chicago.

We loved our stay at this property. The apartment is spacious and has everything you might need. We especially liked the spectacular views and spent a lot of time on the many decks. We would definitely stay there again!

It was a great location and condo. Beautiful views of the city. Clean. Check in easy. Doormen/women were extremely helpful. Only downsides were 1) the pool was incredibly busy with adults standing around. No real room for my kids to swim so we never did. 2) the elevators- 3 were broken while we were there so it was pretty much always a long line

Family vacation

We arrived with our teen boys who each brought a friend, for 4 nights. We were in awe with the penthouse on the 53rd floor. The views were unbelievable. We did bring a blow up mattress for the second bedroom. There was enough room for it on the floor, so all 4 boys slept in there. The pull out couches were an option, but it is very bright in the living room come morning. It is also very bright in the master in the morning. Bring your eye mask. The apartment is supplied with everything you need. Plenty of soaps, ziplocks, trash bags, toilet paper. Everything we needed was there. And the Jewel/Osco grocery store on the main level was a bonus for groceries for cooking in. We all enjoyed the pool, though it is does get crowded with young adults on a nice Saturday. The teens used the basketball court, weight room, outdoor track, game room. The location location location was great!! Most things we did or wanted was within walking distance. Parking is available, but make sure you mention right away that you’ll need it. We did not realize this, so we had to pay the high garage price. It is cheaper to get through this VRBO. We left wanting more. Great time was had by all!

Incredible city views!

We absolutely loved our stay. So much room for our family of 5. We loved waking up to stunning views of the Lake and city scape. The place was spotless when we arrived (kudos to the cleaning staff). Great location, walkable to so many things but also right on the red line. I don’t think we will be able to stay anywhere else during future trips to Chicago!

Luxury and ideal location

Excellent communication with property manager and quick responses to any questions I had. The location was excellent and easy to walk to many sites, restaurants, etc. Spacious and clean and well stocked- would love to stay again.

Family Holiday Visit

This property is absolutely wonderful! From the moment you walk in the door and see the floor to ceiling windows in ALL rooms you will feel relaxed and comfortable. This spotless 3 bath/2 bed condo was perfect for our family of 3. We had plenty of room to spread out with privacy for all. The unit is fully stocked with everything you would need besides your food and drink. I've stayed in many rentals and this was by far over and above the amount of necessities provided. There were plenty of paper products, toiletries, hair dryers, towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, extra linens, blankets, and pillows. Due to the thorough communication from the owners the check-in/check-out procedures were very easy with no anxiety or stress. We knew exactly what was expected of us during our stay and we knew that they were there for us should anything arise. Everything from hot water to cable/internet to heating/air ran perfectly. The property was in a very convenient (and safe) location close to everything we were there to see and do. The front desk (door staff) was welcoming, helpful and attentive to our needs. The unit was very quiet the entire length of our stay. The conveniently located Jewel Osco on the ground level was all we needed for any additional supplies and necessities. I would certainly stay again especially in the warmer months when you can really enjoy the patio and breathtaking view! This is definitely a new favorite in Chicago and I highly recommend.

Great views near Chicago loop

We had a great stay here. The draw for us was the central location and the views. The views exceeded our expectations. The views were amazing day and night, and were enjoyable from the balconies or from inside. The redline stop is next to the building, which made access quick and easy. Lots of food options in the neighborhood. Beyond the condo, you have access to the 9th floor with a pool, and a covered area with multiple BBQs and seating areas. We would stay here again for our next Chicago trip.

Perfect!!

We wanted to take our four young kids to the “big city” for vacation and stumbled across this listing. I’m SO glad we did! Literally the perfect spot for ALL things downtown Chicago. The view is breathtaking, apartment is SO clean and the amenities are the cherry on top! Owner was super fast to respond with any questions. Grocery store attached to the building, bus stops right across the street. Best VRBO experience we’ve had BY FAR.

Did not disappoint

The pictures are what you get. My kids thought I was pranking them when we walked in. Wonderful views of the city and lake. There's a red line stop right outside the front door and a grocery store in the same building, so we were able to park in the garage and either walk or take transit anywhere we wanted to go (we drove to Chicago). It will be a memory for us all to keep.

Amazing views

Incredible views! The location couldn’t be better. Metro stop is on the corner, and made getting around a breeze. The doorman of the building was so nice, and gave us great recommendations for food, etc. We had our kids with us and they enjoyed the pool. Expect very thorough instructions about check in and check out. We very much enjoyed our stay, but were a little stressed out by the fact that the place says it’s kid friendly, but then had very strict rules about not touching windows, no running, no loud voices. All reasonable requests, but with three boys we might have thought twice about staying given the expectations. Overall, the stay was great and the owners were very responsive when there was an issue with the tv. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Chicago experience

We had an incredible family trip visiting Chicago , staying at this spacious and well appointed apartment. The views of the Chicago skyline were stunning, and it was located in a central area walkable to tourist sites and restaurants we loved. The outdoor swimming pool made our August stay an incredible summer trip. Loved it!
