My husband and I are locals & are excited for you to share in all that our Great City has to offer. Whether your visiting Henderson, Las Vegas, or any of our amazing surrounding cities and towns, we sure hope you will feel right at home.

The house was very tidy, clean, and in a great location for us. It was well-stocked with towels, kitchen essentials, and appliances.Sonya was very responsive to any questions we had during our 2-night stay, which we really appreciated. We experienced an issue with the keypad not locking properly when leaving the house on two occasions (we had an uber waiting for us and had to pay for them to wait until we figured out how to get the door locked). Sonya replied to us quickly and offered to have her son come by to fix it right away. We visited during a very hot weekend in August, and the house was quite warm at night. The rules ask that the AC not be set below 74, which may be fine for some, but all six of us found it too warm for comfortable sleep. The fans throughout the house definitely helped, but it was still a bit uncomfortable.Overall, it’s a cozy home in a great location.

Excellent stay

This is a beautiful, clean and modern home in a quiet and convenient location. My daughter has just started attending UNLV this fall and we were looking for a home away from home to stay whenever we visit her. We are so lucky to find that on our first try! The house is very well stocked with everything you could need. Plenty of towels, quality linens and space for everyone. We will definitely book again!

Great for Work

Scheduled the stay on short notice for a conference at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Easy commute to the convention center 15-20 min depending on traffic which was never that bad. Nice quiet neighborhood, very close to restaurants and shopping. Very easy to check in/out with great communication. Would stay again.

Mostly great

Our stay got off to a bumpy start. The access code did not work. We were able to contact the host and wait for her to unlock the door remotely - then reset the code. Upon entering the home, it was very clean and well organized - but the aroma of air fresheners/scent sticks was overpowering. Once all the (five in total) air fresheners were moved into the laundry room and we could breathe... then the vacation began. The home is well-maintained, well-appointed, and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet not busy. The "off-the-strip" location was a breath of fresh air. It was so easy to get to where we wanted to go. Overall this was a lovely place to stay.

We are so happy to you have chosen to visit our AMAZING city. Whether your here for business or for pleasure, we know that you will have a great time. A bit about us; my husband was born & raised right here in Las Vegas (I know, not many people can make that declaration) and I am a transplant from Massachusetts (east coast girl at heart). We have been married for 20 years and have two amazing kids. We have a large extended family who we love to travel with. When we do travel we rely almost solely on this platform to rent other AMAZINIG homes. We knew from the start that we would offer our home here and hope that you too, will, enjoy all the comforts of home while staying in our newly remolded Townhome.

Our beautifully decorated, fully renovated, 3-bedroom, 1 & 1/2 bathroom townhome has a ton to offer. This is a two-story townhome. All three (3) bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Parking is in the drive way only. The garage is used for storage and not accessible to guests.

* (1) 32" Smart TV located in the Guest Bedroom with the King Bed.
Both TV have Apps that are built into the TV.... Such as Hulu, Netflix,

account to access any of the streaming options!
* Full Size Washer & Dryer
* Fresh linens & towels
* Soap, shampoo and toilet paper (just enough to get you started)
* Fully equipped kitchen with service for Six (6)
* Stainless Steel Appliances
* Dual Coffer Maker (Drip & K-Cup)
* Formal Dining Room with seating for six (6)
* One (1) Full Bathroom Tub/Shower Combo, with Dual Vanity sinks located
on the 2nd Floor
* One (1) Powder Bathroom is located on 1st floor
* Fireplace is for aesthetics ONLY (it is not operational)

BED CONFIGURATION*** All Bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.

Bedroom One: 1 King pillow top bed
Bedroom Two: 1 Queen spring top bed
Bedroom Three: 1 Full & 1 Twin (both are spring beds)

We can comfortably sleep and accommodate up to 6 guests. Please let me know if you are traveling with small children.

Our 1320 sq. ft. Townhome (Located in Henderson) is in a quite residential neighborhood, conveniently located 15 minutes from the Harry Reid International airport, 20 minutes to the world-famous Las Vegas Strip, and less than 5 minutes to many restaurants, shopping, and local casinos.

Whether you're here to visit the world famous, Las Vegas Strip, to partake in a day of amazing golf, or taking in one of the our many magical, majestic sites and attractions, you are in the right place..
