Inside, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area gives everyone room to spend time together. Plush linens, soft white towels, Smart TVs, salon-quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash, board games, and thoughtful extras are provided throughout your stay. The cabin also has A/C for comfortable summer getaways.

GOOD TO KNOW

Pet Policy: Due to severe homeowner allergies, pets are not permitted. If a pet is found at the property, a $500 specialized cleaning fee will be charged.
Parties & Gatherings: No parties or gatherings without prior permission. Violations may result in eviction without refund and a minimum $1,000 fine or $200 per person over maximum occupancy, whichever is greater.
Quiet Enjoyment: No loud music, yelling, or other noise that may disturb neighbors.
Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the cabin or near entry points.
Checkout: Guests must remove all trash and wash dishes or start the dishwasher before departure.
Fireplace & Grill: Guests must clean fireplaces, grills, and similar amenities after use. Additional cleaning fees may apply if not cleaned.
Local Rules: Guests must follow all local ordinances, applicable burn bans, and posted hot tub rules.
Exterior Security Cameras: Exterior video surveillance is located at the front and back doors for security. No cameras face the interior, and there are no cameras inside the cabin.
Property Damage Protection: Included in your rental rate, our coverage safeguards you against accidental damages up to $1,500.

*** There is exterior video surveillance for security purposes. There are NO cameras facing the interior or inside the cabin- just at the front walkway.**

Main Rules:
- Be mindful of neighbors, but make sure to enjoy your stay!
- No pets allowed- NO exceptions.
- No smoking inside or on deck surrounding. (occasionally, no smoking at all anywhere outside Ruidoso when the restriction is high enough due to fire hazards)
- Remove trash and wash/ put away dishes prior to your departure
- All trash bags must be placed in the large dumpsters around Ruidoso Midtown - leaving trash outside the cabin will attract unwanted creatures.
- Lock the Hot Tub when not in use
