This Palisades Condo has everything you need for a great family vacation! From the moment you walk in the door you will notice the commanding lakeview from throughout the condo. Offering a lakeview king bedded primary suite with private bath, king bed in the 2nd bedroom, a queen bed in the 3rd and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room makes it comfortable to sleep up to 8 people in beds. A fully stocked kitchen, cable TV and free WiFi throughout complete this fabulous setup making it comfortable for the entire family. This condo has a wrap around lakeview deck from the entrance to the primary suite, teak high-top table with 4 chairs, a nice cushion rattan loveseat, 2 chairs and a glass top table to relax and enjoy the awesome main channel view! The Palisades Condo Complex is not a good choice for party groups! The complex offers a couple outdoor seasonal swimming pools and is located near the top of Horseshoe Bend Parkway making it convenient to all the lake area attractions including both Four Seasons golf courses, The Ridge and The Cove. As you can see this condo is perfect for your next lake vacation so pack your bags, grab the kids and come enjoy all Lake of the Ozarks has to offer! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We had a great stay at this condo. Location is perfect. Close to the strip, restaurants and grocery stores. Condo was exactly as described. We will stay again.

Absolutely perfect.

My wife and I stayed here with our 2 adult children. I don’t see how you could ask for a better place to stay while on vacation in Lake of the Ozarks, it’s just wonderful. Centrally located, top floor with a great view of the lake, access to 2 swimming pools and a very comfortable condo space. It had everything we needed and felt like we had been invited into their home. You will love it!

The family vacation.

Very nice place. Any issues we had were taken care of quickly. The grill was rusted out and 4 Seasons got us a brand new grill that very night. Too late to use for us but excellent service.

Refrigerator needed to be cleaned it had a smell and was real dirty on the outside of it. To be honest the house keeper is not doing a good job when cleaning. The carpet had an oder, it looked as if someone’s pet had pee’d on the carpet in the living room, stain on floor. I removed some plastic from the kitchen sink that may have messed up your garbage disposal if I hadn’t checked it first. You do not have to post this. I just wanted you to know. I will not be sharing this with anyone but you. we did have a good time at the lake! Thanks for letting us stay!

The lake view was wonderful, however, the deck furniture was filthy. I did my best to clean the seating and tables with the windex in the kitchen. All other aspects of the condo were just fine.

Bike week experience

The location is amazing just 2 miles from the bagnell dam and all the shops and minutes away from everything. The place is gated and safe and the condo was beautiful with a great view of the main channel. We will be staying here at every bike week from here on out. The property manager was great to work with also . Definitely a 5 star in my books

Family Reunion!

We had a family reunion and it was a great location next to the pools and other family. Needs a few updates. But overall was nice place. The bathtub in the master bedroom didn't work so that was a bummer. TVs in the guest rooms would have been nice. Just some small things that could be upgraded and fixed to make this a better place. Kids enjoyed the stay and the pools and fishing from the dock.
