Regatta Bay 404B- Walk-in level condo

This spacious walk-in level Regatta Bay condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and overlooks beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. There is a king bed in the primary bedroom with a walk-in closet, a queen bed in the second bedroom, 2 twins in the third bedroom, and a twin sofa sleeper in the living room. It includes a full kitchen, washer, dryer, large TV in living room, TV in each bedroom, dishwasher, WIFI throughout, and a screened in porch to unwind on and enjoy the gorgeous lake. This condo complex has a park-like setting with tennis, pickleball courts, BBQ pavilion, a playground, two seasonal lakefront pools and a swim dock. A pavilion and picnic area are also available in the complex for guest use. Regatta Bay is conveniently located in the Four Seasons area on Horseshoe Bend Parkway and mile marker 12 by water. There is a 12' x 30' boat slip available for an additional fee. You can always book with confidence through Four Seasons Property Management, Lake of the Ozarks!

Please note: There is no trailer or boat parking in the complex. Complimentary parking for additional cars and trailers 5 miles away.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This condo was clean, with decent amenities, lovely view, and very nice pools. We appreciated the use of the grills. Twin bed mattress was somewhat uncomfortable as reported by the person who slept on them, and ice maker did not seem to be working, but other than that, a great place to stay. I would rebook this listing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property managers were excellent and responsive. While the property was very, very clean there were some pre-existing carpet stains in the living room that were unsightly.

Convention weekend

It was very good. Loved the screened in porch overlooking the lake. It was very quiet too. Not one complaint. Want it again next year. The only issue was the line of bumper to bumper traffic when leaving on Sunday but that is not the owner’s fault.

Regatta Bay Stay

The view was beautiful! The condo was well stocked and comfortable. The ice maker didn’t work and the tvs in 2 bedrooms weren’t connected to cable. The oven needed to be cleaned, ceiling fans too. Shower curtain had mold on it. The unit could use a deep clean.

Girls Trip

There were 5 of us adult females staying and we loved having the spacious three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We hung out at the pool most of the time but it’s a great location close to the strip if we did go out. Condo was clean and we had no issues.

Regatta Bay never disappoints. We stay in this complex every time we come. So close to bars and restaurants and it’s a great price.

Everything you need

We had a great 3 night stay with plenty of room for 4 teenagers and 2 adults. Good location. Property was clean but carpet could use replacing and the structural soundness of the balcony was a little disconcerting. But all in all a good value for a nice weekend get away. Property manager was very accessible too for questions.
