This 5–bedroom, 4.5–bathroom Seacrest Beach home on 70 Surfer Lane sleeps 14 and is a quick bike ride to the beach and Seacrest’s 12,000–square–foot community pool! Guests will love the home’s crisp, clean interior and the convenience of walking or biking to restaurants and shopping.

Guests are welcomed to the first floor by an open living, dining, and kitchen space. Shiplap walls, wide-plank wood floors, and slipcovered sofas and chairs create an easy, breezy feel that isn’t afraid of those inevitable sandy feet and damp swimsuits. Guests will enjoy unwinding by the gas fireplace after a busy day, and thanks to the design of this space, guests can prepare dinner, eat at the dining table, snack at the kitchen island, or cozy up on a sofa and still watch TV and chat with family and friends. A primary bedroom with a king bed is behind the kitchen. The room has private access to the home’s back porch and a private bathroom with a soaking tub, beautiful marble tiles, and a separate shower. Guests will enjoy swaying away their stresses on a porch bed swing and birdsong from the wooded backyard.

On the second floor, guests may choose between 4 bedrooms. 2 guest bedrooms have king beds with private bathrooms featuring shower/tub combos. A third guest bedroom has a king bed and shares a bathroom with a shower with a bunk room that has 2 twin-over-full bunk beds. A lovely sitting area at the stair landing allows guests another spot to retreat and relax. A flat-screen TV, cabinet, and wine chiller face large armchairs and enjoy natural light streaming in through French doors that open to the balcony. Guests can enjoy views of the neighborhood and warm breezes from the comfort of cushioned wicker chairs.
