Just the street to cross, you are between the port and the beach of Eyrac!
You are halfway between the city centre of Arcachon (12 minutes on foot via the promenade along the beach) and 7 minutes from the typical district of Aiguillon, with its shops and restaurants.
You will be able to park in the property, with a beep gate. Be aware, the space in length does not allow too long car style break, useful length 4,5m

How the villa Eyrac is composed:

With an area of 120M2, the villa will seduce you with its comfort thanks to a spacious living room, lounge area with TV XXL, dining room table for 8 people, and the kitchen ... superb!
It is made for lovers of the table, a large island will allow you to work your dishes, induction hob water point, hood, storage, and present them when it will be time to enjoy!
The entire wall is elegantly concealed by numerous cupboards and storage space, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Senséo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, direct access to the terrace with gas barbecue, meal space from breakfast to dinner.
On this garden level, you will enjoy a double bedroom with a 160cm bed, TV, cupboard, Italian shower room, washbasin, cupboard, towel dryer, very pleasant view on the terrace.
A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, an independent toilet.
On the first floor, a bedroom with 2 single beds, window with a view of the port, large cupboard, at the back 2 double bedrooms with 140cm beds, large cupboards, windows not overlooked, and a shower room with Italian shower, washbasin, cupboard, towel dryer, independent toilet.

Activities :
It is difficult to choose among the multitude of activities offered by the Bay of Arcachon!
Ideally located, you will enjoy the port in front of you and the Eyrac beach, which brings you to the Thiers pier from where you can take advantage of the shuttles, or go and discover the spectacular district of the Ville d'Hiver with its superb early century houses, its park, its belvedere with a breathtaking view of the Basin!
The little train in front of the tourist office will give you plenty of ideas of things to discover and a nice general view of Arcachon!
At noon, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the oyster ports of the Basin, rather towards the port of La Teste, or Gujan, or at the market of Arcachon (bring a container if you wish to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), you have at l'Aiguillon the most beautiful fish market of the Basin too, be careful there is a queue (!), then go and conquer the majestic Dune of Pyla
If you feel like taking to the sea, regular boat shuttles from the Thiers jetty, 5 minutes walk from your home, to Cap Ferret, the Ile aux oiseaux, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The arguin bank, transparent water, paradise on earth!
Descent of the leyre, to the ornithological park in Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!

- Arcachon station at 15 minutes walk, 5 minutes by car, trains every hour, 50 minutes journey from Bordeaux
- Bus line 1 from Arcachon station to Dune du Pyla, with interesting stops all the way, you can visit Le Moulleau (very beautiful church and view on the basin, restaurants, ice cream parlour etc, or the Dune Express bus which takes you directly there.
- Bordeaux airport 65 km away (52 minutes by car)
-Underground car park at the Hôtel de Ville which takes you directly to the Halles
