With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 3 WCs and a vast living room, there's plenty of space for 10 people to enjoy unforgettable moments in total comfort!
Surrounded by greenery, enclosed garden and several terraces, you'll be able to enjoy every moment of your day, from breakfast to dinner, including an aperitif with a spectacular view of the sunset over the basin...

- You enter through a beautiful, open, covered outdoor summer room, with a bay window opening onto the terrace, a large table and chairs for your lunches or dinners, and a plancha where you can all enjoy cooking together!
- You'll find a vast living room with 2 dining areas, one with a table seating 12, the other more intimate with a round table to enjoy the view...
- A lounge area with 2 large, comfortable sofas, armchairs, TV...
- The kitchen area is fully equipped: induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster... its central island will bring the early risers together for breakfast.
- An adjoining laundry room with a second large fridge, storage space for your groceries, washing machine...

You're between Le Moulleau, renowned for its calm, chic atmosphere, boutiques, restaurants and ice-cream parlors... It's a must for young and old alike. Right next to the majestic Dune du Pyla and the hotel restaurant La Coorniche, a must during your stay for the exceptional view of the Banc d'Arguin.

Make the most of all its attractions, and discover the spectacular Ville d'Hiver district, with its superb turn-of-the-century houses, park and belvedere offering a breathtaking view of the Bassin!
The little train opposite the Arcachon tourist office will give you plenty of ideas for things to discover and a great overview.
At lunchtime, let yourself be tempted by an oyster tasting in one of the Bassin's oyster ports - the port of La Teste awaits you, from Gujan, at the Arcachon or La Teste market (bring a container if you'd like to have them opened, and don't go too late for this request), then set off to conquer the majestic Dune du Pyla!
Feel like taking to the open sea? Regular boat shuttles are available from the Thiers jetty to Cap Ferret, or from the Moulleau jetty (please check tide times) l'île aux oiseaux, the famous cabanes tchanquées!
The Banc d'Arguin, transparent water, paradise on earth! Descent of the Leyre, at the ornithological park in Le Teich, choose to be accompanied by a guide, or alone with your kayak, sublime!
