CHIC MOUNTAIN LUXURY . . . A charming country house, a rural family adventure, a luxurious escape for friends, a cosy couples' retreat, a home from home. Welcome to Partridge House! About an hour and a half from both Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks!

A sophisticated blend of leather, wool, linen, stone, reclaimed timbers and traditional details are combined for an elegant, easy retreat. Newly completed in the summer of 2020, the four bedroom 4.5 bath boasts a gourmet kitchen with full butler pantry, open floor plan, elegantly appointed bedrooms with custom on suite bathrooms. Fold away doors in the cozy great room allow you to take in the breath taking views of the entire Teton Mountain Range while you enjoy a nespresso.

LUXURY HOTEL STYLE ROOMS
The rooms are nearly as glorious as the landscape that frames them, with a luxury 5 star hotel feel. All individually inspired by the mountains and meadows of the countryside. Each bedroom has hotel style bedding, down comforters, plenty of pillows and noteworthy mattresses for a great rest. One room features flexibility for King or Twin beds, while the others are all Kings. The two upstairs bathrooms beacon you to enjoy a soak in the claw foot tub in the classical marble bathrooms. Downstairs custom tile showers and double vanities will make everyone feel like they picked the best room!

COOK OR HIRE OUR CHEF
In the summer you can stock the fridge with some of the areas best farm fresh goodies at the local farmers market then craft your own gourmet meals on the Viking stove. Prefer not to cook? We are happy to do the shopping and can even provide the private chef so all you need to do is play and relax.

MAJESTIC PLAYGROUND
Teton Valley Is a majestic playground! We love the great outdoors as much as you do. And in this stunning setting, the outdoor pursuits are a breath of fresh mountain air. World class hunting and fly fishing, clay shooting, hiking, off road adventure, hot air ballooning, equestrian and of course snorkel-worthy powder skiing all at your fingertips. With Yellowstone and Grand Teton National parks nearby there are opportunities for outdoor fun and adventure for all ages.

We welcome all ages to come and stay. For our littlest guests we have a crib, high chair and all the essentials so mom can relax too. Toys, games and kid friendly movies and a teepee are available with a little notice.

We welcome you to call our home your home away from home!

This was by far the best rental we have ever stayed! The details they provided was unmatched! They were extremely accommodating! The home was magnificent! What a beautiful view it was! Every piece of this stay was incredible! We had three small children stay and they provided toys, travel beds, high chairs, strollers, etc. Everything you can imagine was top notch in this home! Thank you Jennifer for everything! We would not hesitate to come again!

This cabin is better than the description! The views are amazing. It is well appointed with everything you need. Jennifer is very responsive and quick to respond with great suggestions on things to do and places to eat in the area. Pizza at O’Rourkes in Driggs and milkshakes at The Emporium in Victor are a must!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home itself was clean, cozy and had an incredible view of the mountains! The drive to both parks is about an hour and 45 (no traffic) but we did not mind the drive. It was worth being able to stay in a spacious home that was located in a cute little small town. There are a handful of restaurants and basic needs like grocery stores and gas stations. When staying at this property, we loved having access to a huge kitchen that was stocked with everything we needed. We loved it and hope to stay here again!

Annual sisters' trip

We absolutely LOVED this property! In fact, my sisters stated that it was the best VRBO we have rented in all of the years we have traveled together. The bedrooms were large, beautifully appointed, and each had a wonderful en suite bathroom with huge showers, some with a soaking tub. The kitchen was huge, included a pantry, and was upscale in every way. In the evenings, we sat on a comfortable deck with sweeping views of green farmland amidst the backdrop of the incredibleTetons. Phenomenal in every way!

This place is amazing!

This home is very well maintained, very clean and well-stocked with things to make your stay pleasant. Usually you see pictures online and then are somewhat disappointed when you see the property in person. This place is exactly the opposite! There were 8 of us in the vehicle and we all let out a gasp of awe when we saw the view as we pulled in! It is absolutely gorgeous! And the house is equal to the view! The 4 bedroom suites are all beautiful and offered the privacy we needed with our group. The flowers and wildlife around the house/property made it even more enjoyable. We put the BBQ to good use, enjoying all of our dinners there after days of hiking in Yellowstone or the Grand Teton National Parks. In short, this place was perfect!Jennifer is a great hostess! We had a couple of things that needed attention in the house. She was on it and did her best to get it taken care of quickly. Thank you, Jennifer! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a first-class VRBO! This one is probably the best one out there!

Fantastic stay!

Fantastic stay! Very nice house - luxurious and with a lot of space! Very difficult to ask for more! A couple of suggestions for small improvements: 1) A larger table on the terrace so that you can in enjoy dinner outside with the superb view of Grand Teton 2) Access to a swimming pool. It was very hot during our stay.

Absolutely amazing property, and the absolute best property manager.

For several years now my family and I have decided to make lasting memories at Christmas, and have chosen properties in different areas of the country to spend time together at. The pictures of this property do not do it justice, the home was absolutely amazing, and the layout was perfect for my family/friends. Extremely quiet neighborhood, great views and a home that was truly exquisite. Just far enough from town for true privacy, but close enough for easy dinner plans, or outings. What truly set this fabulous place apart from all of the other places we have stayed was the property manager Jennifer. She was extremely responsive, a wealth of information, and an exquisite hostess, always checking on things, answering promptly any questions we had, etc. her attention to detail made my family and I feel very welcomed, and helped make our holiday vacation such a success. I would highly recommend any properties she manages to anyone! We loved this property and everyone literally hated to have to leave to return home. We are all very thankful we got to spend time in such an amazing property. Would highly recommend this property to anyone, especially for such a great value for what you are receiving.

The Perfect Place

We enjoyed every single moment spent at the incredible property. The views, the meals on the deck, the lovely walk to the Teton River. Every need was attended to, every convenience we could have asked for was fulfilled. We came to celebrate our twins’ high school graduation; both of them agreed it was a once-in-a-lifetime trip. We enjoyed hiking in the Grand Teton national park, fly fishing right near the property, hiking at Grand Targhee Resort, whitewater rafting (twice!) and so much more. Truly a special, unforgettable time in the Tetons. Huge thanks to the Magnussens for making this stay such a memorable one.

Beautiful property

The property was really nice. There is a cabin right next door which I wouldn’t have minded so much except my daughter told me the man staying there waved at her through the kitchen window and it made her uncomfortable. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were very private, I may just suggest a covering over the stairway window. Other than that (which wasn’t really an issue honestly), the place was quiet and comfortable. The owners were very communicative and helpful. Checking in and out was very easy. The mattresses were perfect, the rooms were spacious, and everyone was able to shower without running out of hot water (a big plus).

Paradise in the Tetons

What an amazing place! Exceeded expectations, which were high to begin with! We felt like we were living in luxury, from the beautiful kitchen with amazing views of the Tetons, to the super comfy beds. We look forward to coming back again! Thank you, Jennifer!

Since 2015 we have called River Rim Ranch our home. We still find ourselves running outside with a camera to capture the breathtaking sunset, or pausing at the gate to take in the majesty. Our kids have many firsts in this neighborhood, from words and steps to bike rides.

We are entrepreneurs, founding and pursuing our business in Teton Valley since 2008. Unique in North America, Blixt & Co produces game a clay shooting in classic English style and methods, attracting visitors from around the country. You will certainly notice the hunting and wing shooting themes throughout our home, from artwork to magazines. We are happy to share a range of activities available for those of interest.
