Amazing view

Beautiful place. Liz and her staff are very friendly and helpful. There are one hundred steps to get up but the view makes it very worthwhile Init was very clean. Great place for a holiday

Quiet enclave in busy town

Great spot if you are in shape to walk up a hill and a lot of stairs. You are rewarded with a calm and well kept environment, shared amenities on multiple levels, great views, lovely staff and host. We loved the location away from the busy Zona Romantica and enjoyed touring this quieter, yet still very central area close the beach and Malecon. Loved Bicho taco stand at the bottom of the street on our way home!

Thank you Susanne, I am super glad you enjoyed the location, the calm of the place, I know the stairs seem like a lot but we even have guests in their 80's that enjoy to keep active with some cardio from the stairs, you need to get to the spectacular views somehow lol, hope to see you again soon 😊⭐️

108 steps to Heaven

We totally enjoyed our ten day stay! After making the 108 steps to our condo we were amazed by the view and accommodations! Liz was extremely responsive to any questions or requests we had. There were many common areas and other guests were very friendly yet respectful of our privacy. The location was perfect and it was in close proximity to the Malecon and many bars and restaurants. We are already looking forward to returning next year and we’d highly recommend this place!

Manage your expectations and you will be great.

The property is older and comes with some issues, but overall well maintained. The staff are exceptional. When the add says stairs they are not overstating. Not just to get to your suite, but to get to the property is a tough walk and steep terrain. Very limited storage / closet space, so pack very light.

Scott, sorry that your experience wasn't up to your expectations. Loft is exactly as listed; stairs are required since you need to get to the SPECTACULAR views somehow and some cardio so you could eat more tacos lol. All the times we talked, you never mentioned any issues, we aren't perfect but any "issues" that may come along are answered and resolved within MINUTES, I wish you had brought any dissatisfaction to our attention so we could have improved your experience, we are always looking to be as accommodating as possible, as you experienced with a super late check out that hope helped with your plans. Thank you for your feedback, we will continue to improve and the hard work.

Amazing

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Liz's place. She's a fantastic host and made all efforts to make sure we had what we needed and were enjoying our stay. We appreciated the cleaning crew that came in the middle our stay (a service included if you stay for more than 8 days) they cleaned and washed everything (including our laundry). The place has many different veranda's/ balcony's to hang out and enjoy the views. We came at the end of February and saw many whales from the place. We loved that the place is close to downtown so you can walk anywhere. The amount of stairs didn't bother us at all and it was nice to get some exercise after eating at so many good restaurants. Thanks Liz!

Great Location, Epic ocean view

It's a really nice place to stay. Great location. Walkable to the beach. My husband and I were enjoyed our vacation there. Especially my husband, he was working remotely the whole time and no problem at all, high Internet connection. You get to choose either on the patio, or rooftop, or in the pool 😜😃. Host Liz who is really nice. She is really helpful, fast responding. Their housekeeper come cleaning every day and 24hr security. 👍👍 Highly recommend this place to stay. The house is on the hill ( I meant all the houses are on the hill) if you don't like stairs, be considered.

Great pool and view!

We enjoyed our stay and love the neighborhood. It can be loud at night, but management left ear hearing buds on the bedside table which I used on the Saturday night. Bed was comfortable. The pools were great and it was nice and small resort so it felt like we were alone most of the time. Very relaxing. There are 100+ steps up to our room from the street but it helped us “earn” the tacos that were amazing in the neighborhood. They provide potable water to refill your water bottles and to use for provided coffee maker :) Thank you!

Amazing view and Excellent location

My husband and I stayed in Liz property Oasis suite for 4 nights. We loved the place overall. It was clean and quiet located in fowntown with amazing view. We like to support family local businesses. So we enjoyed the experience. We cooked and also walked to nice restaurants and activities. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the pool as water was cold. Also there were lots of stairs if you have issues with your knees you might reconsider this place. But very cute stairs with amazing happy plants and cute doggies and kitties around so we didn't mind.

Tranquility

I booked this place for tranquility and sunsets and I definitely received both. Liz and her family were wonderful. The place and location were perfect. Would I go again? I am probably booking there next month for several months at a time. I love the place and am definitely going back.
