Spaciously laid out and cooled by central air conditioning, you'll find it easy to relax in this family-friendly condo! The waterfront location facing Anna Maria Sound means that you'll be able to relax in a peaceful location near Grassy Point. You'll also be able to look out on the shared pool from your own private screened-in porch! Inside, you'll be able to cook in comfort in the unique full kitchen designed with a breakfast bar. Board games are provided for those mellow after-dinner hours. When it's time to head to bed, a TV and ceiling fan in each bedroom will help everyone settle in.

Walk to Skinny's for a burger or catch the All-You-Can-Eat pancakes at Manatee Beach Cafe. Get a taste of international cuisine at The Island Spice or Old Hamburg Schnitzelhaus. All within a short walk. If Seafood is what you're after, try Tide's Tables for the freshest grouper sandwich just over the Cortez Bridge, or catch live music and fresh seafood at Blue Marlin.

We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean. Lots of space for a family of six. We're provided with enough amenities. Vacasa just needs to add even just one bigger knife so it's easier when a family is preparing for home cooked meal.

We loved staying at Mangrove Oasis! The condo is nicer than the photos! The layout was really nice too! We loved the really great pillows in the master bedroom and the sheets were very soft! We appreciated the location, heated pool, and overall cleanliness of the place! We would stay here again!

Everything you need

We had a wonderful time this rental had everything we needed to enjoy our trip to Anna Maria Island. The bikes and beach gear were great and the view overlooking the pool was perfect for reading and playing cards in thd evening. Plenty of room to spread out and comfortable beds for sleeping. Only thing missing was a blender pitcher but we were ok without it. Thank you for a wonderful place to relax and enjoy! We will definitely be back.

Beach and pool vacay

We loved the proximity to the beach and the swims in the pool. The furniture is worn but the beds were comfortable. The Wi-Fi is slow on the phones. We had some problems at check in and we were not able to get a hold of anyone so that was a bit stressful after a day of travel.

Lovely place! Nice pool! Central to it all...

We always love coming to Anna Maria and this condo complex is central to everything. The pool is usually like bath water. It was broken this time and quite chilly. Our dishwasher broke 2 weeks in and was never fixed. The washer sounded like a jet airplane in the rinse cycle. Although Vacasa said they would have both appliances fixed, it never happened. The association has just voted out allowing renters with pets. So, we will not be able to come back. It's a shame we had to go through Vacasa. They seem to take the personality out of rentals and are not always the most helpful. I will say, Anna Maria has gotten prohibitively expensive to stay on...probably because of management companies like Vacasa...the last week, the island was so crowded! Two hour waits everywhere...it's really not worth it to go down over the holidays.

Family Spring Break

The property is a bit larger than other apartment style condo's in the price range. Everything was clean and functional, we were happy with the condo overall. The Condo is on the second floor as listed, but it is up THREE flights of stairs. The communication with a Mgt company is preferred to an owner/operator, however the people answering the phone were different every time and were out of State. So it took 3 calls to get something addressed.

Nice place.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice quiet clean place. Beware of the entry instructions. They are very unclear. The door in the carport marked with the u it number is a storage unit that you don’t have access to. You need to go through the ‘unmarked’ door that leads to the stairwell to the unit. The DVD player made a very annoying sound. We unplugged it to silence it. The beach chairs and umbrella were worthless junk. Bent, broken and unusable. Four bicycles for our use with 8 flat tires! Useless.

Perfect location!

Perfect location, but all stairs were difficult! Washer needed replaced but we were comped for it without asking. No spoons, but the brought them immediately! Asked for toaster and never did get that! Would go again!
