Our renovated and tastefully furnished apartment is located in close proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.

The apartment has one masterbedsuite each with an extra wide double bed incl.boxspring mattresses, Smart TV, a private bathroom with shower or shower tub and toilet, as well as a large and walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has two single beds each, as well as its own spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. All bathrooms are new and equipped to a high standard.

Towels and bed linen are sufficiently available for use .
Beach utensils such as sun loungers, umbrellas and chairs are also sufficiently available for use

The kitchen is fully equipped: Dishwasher, stove with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge / freezer, icemaker, washing machine and dryer.
The living and dining area is high quality and fully furnished. The apartment is tiled in all rooms and therefore very suitable for allergy sufferers.

Free highspeed internet incl. W-Lan is available. Free phone calls within USA and Canada are also possible and already included in the price.

Great place/location

Please is as listed. Owner is very communicative. Spacious and bright condo, nice pool. Not right in the thick of things on AMI but easy enough to get around. We didn't even rent a car, just used the free trolley.

Enjoyable stay in Anna Marie Island

I made the reservations for my In-laws, they are 85 years old and very hard to please. This Host helped to satisfy their needs, bless her heart. The unit worked out very well, they used it instead of going to their physical therapy, and help them build their conference by going up and down stairs.

Great Condo and Great Location

Absolutely loved our stay at this condo. Centrally located and right across the street from Publix and Shopping Center (Pizza, Ice Cream, Ivan's Island). Will definitely look to stay here whenever we return to AMI.

Amazing vacation

Stayed in a great maintained condo, very clean, short distance to Publix to buy grocery. I loved the pool. Easy to chat to the owners. I will definitely stay again

Great visit!

Place was clean, roomy, and had everything we needed for a great vacation! Excellent location to beach and Publix.Comfortable beds and couches. Bathrooms were perfect!! Would stay here again!!

Great hideaway

condo is in great location to all beaches and across the streets from a shopping center that has pretty much everything you need. Publix, CVS Walgreens etc. You can walk to beach just a few blocks away if you want to stay close but plenty of other beach location by car 10 min away. Apartment has all amenities needed for cooking and washing if needed. Perfect location. Would stay again.

Sweet Summer Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised how much the apartment was fully stocked, particularly the kitchen. Would stay here again. 5 minute walk to manatee beach, which has lots of public parking, and across the street from Publix.

Beautiful Place

I’m giving this place four stars because it is a beautiful, clean, friendly place to stay,. It’s close to everything. We had a wonderful time. The reason I didn’t give it five stars is because the two twin beds are terribly uncomfortable like sleeping on a board. Otherwise it was perfect

Wonderful Beach Stay

Our family of four had a wonderful time staying here. Close proximity to the beach, the free trolley, grocery store, and restaurants. The condo was clean and had everything we needed, and the screened patio was perfect for enjoying evening games. We loved AMI!

Great stay at a very clean and comfy condo

The property was very neat and clean. Lots of linens and kitchen utensils. Spotless property and would definitely recommend and stay at the premises again. Only one complaint was that the pool area was not the cleanest and water was a little cloudy. Hard to get into also with key supplied.

Lovely spring break

The beach was maybe a 6-7 minute walk and having the wagon made it easy! The condo was spacious and comfortable. We usually came back to the pool around 5 and enjoyed relaxing and swimming there, too. We REALLY enjoyed Island Boat Tours with Louis, that was our one and only outing.

Beautiful Beaches

A short walk or trolley ride to some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever seen. Loved Bean beach & The Sandbar. Manatee beach was a short walk, served good food & was very convenient. A service would set-up an umbrella and chairs at the beach for a small fee, but the condo came with beach chairs & sand toys if you don't mind carrying them. The condo was very clean & the owner responded quickly throughout out stay. We never had any problems. It was also nice to have access to the pool at the complex to cool off after a day at the beach or a morning of golf.

Great location to supermarket and free trolley bus stop. Pleasant pool area. Comfortable and well equipped apartment. Trolley bus gives you easy access to many great bars, cafes and restaurants.

Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl

Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Man sieht überall, dass die Eigentümer sehr viel Engagement und Liebe in die Einrichtung und Ausstattung der Wohnung investiert haben. Wir wussten die kleinen Annehmlichkeiten wie Nachtlichter im Flur sowie in den Bädern zu schätzen. Schon im Vorfeld haben wir umfangreiches Infomaterial von den Vermietern erhalten. Das kannten wir so bisher nicht. Auch während des Aufenthalts erhielten wir updates und Infos. Wir haben uns von der ersten Anfrage an rundherum gut betreut gefühlt. Da uns die Wohnung von der Lage (Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand fußläufig erreichbar, Trolleyhaltestelle praktisch vor der Tür) , Ausstattung und Sauberkeit wirklich gut gefallen hat, wird es unsere erste Wahl beim nächsten Aufenthalt auf AMI sein. Wir haben hier auch die bequemsten Strandstühle vorgefunden.

Florida wie es uns gefällt

Gewöhnlich erlebt man Florida auf einer "Traumreise" zu den beliebten Zielen wie Miami Beach, Orlando, Clearwater, Key West und vielen anderen Attraktionen. Wir lernten aber auch die andere Seite des Sonnenstaates kennen. Unser Lebensmittelpunkt für 4 Wochen war Anna Maria Sunrise mit allem was gewohnter Komfort, exzellente Lage, ruhige Umgebung, komplette Ausstattung und "Zu-Hause-Gefühl" bedeutet. Hier hatten wir "Strände-ohne-Ende" und einen optimalen Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge nach Norden, Osten und Süden. Als bedeutenden Eindruck nehmen wir die Erinnerung mit nach Hause an die Pelikane, die Sandpiper, die Delphine, die Naturparks in der Umgebung und die vielen anderen Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Aufgrund der idealen Lage unserer Wohnung zum Supermarkt und der kompletten Küchenausstattung verpflegten wir uns überwiegend selbst und genossen die Abende auf dem Balkon zur Planung des nächsten Tages. Unseren Gastgebern danken wir für die schöne Zeit, die wir genießen durften. Die Reservierung für das nächste Jahr ist bereits vereinbart. Hanne und Klaus
