No lugging four chairs and two umbrellas up and down the elevators, across the boardwalk, and back to the condo. When you get to the sand, where do you set the chairs and umbrellas? You can take a quick stroll with your drink, towel, and sunglasses and settle in for toes in the sand. March through October service includes four chairs and two umbrellas. Wow, you'll save $90 a day because the chair service is included with this condo.

The queen sofa bed is one of the best on the market because it features an eight-inch inner-spring mattress. Decorated in the tropical style, the comfortable beds are a haven for sleeping. Each bedroom features a large closet, ample storage, and ceiling fans. The primary bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bath, and the guest room has two queen beds. A full-size washer and dryer, so pack light.

Azure waters and sugar-white sand views await you from the expansive 30-foot balcony. It is time to unwind, so grab a book (from our library) or look for the frolicking dolphins. The patio is the perfect place for appetizers, cocktails, and spectacular sunset views. For some, relaxing is a game of pickleball or tennis, so bring your equipment. Surf Dweller is one of the only condos on the island that offers pickleball right on-site, no driving, no waiting, just play!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
