Steps to the ocean - an Upscale Coastal Vibe throughout this cozy townhouse unit. Mid-town and close to everything including shopping and restaurants in walking distance.
The main level boasts hardwood floors and the spacious open plan living area is perfect for relaxing or entertaining family and friends. Just a step out onto the wide front balcony where you can enjoy those ocean breezes. There is a separate dining area for six as well as counter seating for four. The fully equipped Kitchen is light filled and features Stainless Steel appliances, Built-in Microwave, Dishwasher, Range with Glass Cook-top, Recessed lighting .The Master Bedroom is bright and light filled with a unique cathedral ceiling and plenty of windows. It has a French Door that opens onto a wide, private balcony. All 3 bedrooms are well appointed and will comfortably sleep 10(5 Queen Beds, 1 XL Trundle Twin) . This unit has been well cared for and meticulously maintained. It has been for the owners personal use

Great Location for the Family

This property was everything we were looking for! The location to the beach and the amenities offered were perfect. Everyone loved our stay at this home; The hosts were responsive and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Stay

This condo was beautiful, very clean, extremely close to the beach. The beach cart is a game changer, made taking all of our beach stuff and 2 two years olds to the beach very easily. A+++ rating.

OC Townhouse

We loved the property. Suman was great from beginning to end, very great communication. The beach cart was heaven sent! The rooms were spacious and the house stayed cool on hot days. Quick walk to the beach. The stairs aren't as bad as everyone else made out. 10/10 would recommend

Fantastic family vacation! This townhouse was perfect for us. The location was so close to the beach and the large cart provided to take your beach chairs, umbrellas etc to the beach was great! The home has everything you would need and was so bright and cheerful. The owner was great to work with. We will definitely be back!

Close to the ocean and close to businesses, restaurants and bus stops. More stairs than we had expected. Otherwise a nice convenient place. Sleeps 10 very comfortably.

Wonderful beach house

Fast response from owner. Great house but steps are bit too much! I had my 77 year old Mother with me and it would not have been so bad if there was a bathroom on the main floor. Beach access was great! Beach cart is awesome! Steps and the cleaning company are the only negatives.

Not on the beach

It was a nice townhouse. Lots of space. But the pictures shows it’s right on the beach and it’s not. The check in process was easy. When we got to the house it was not cleaned. My family had to clean the house when we went it. There was food on the floor and trash in most of the trash cans. The beach cart showed chairs and umbrellas. Well there was only 2 beach chairs and the impasse broken. I would stay at the townhouse again but make sure I bring my own beach supplies

Poorly managed property, dirty linens everywhere, safety hazard

This is a nice property in good condition but it is very poorly managed. Upon arrival all of the closets were filled with dirty linens unfolded on the floor. There were also dirty linens in the garage in a pile with dirty rugs. I called to complain about it but the problem was not resolved and the dirty linens remained there our entire stay. Also be aware that the owner provides ***no*** linens which is nowhere in the VRBO listing. That information is only disclosed after you’ve paid in full in an email which went to my spam folder. So there were no towels, no sheets, no linens at all except for the dirty ones in the closets when we arrived. I had to call a linen rental company and pay over $200 for linens to be sent to the house late at night. There also is a safety issue in that the ceiling fan in the kids room is too close to the bunk bed (which is too large for the room). My son leaned over the top bunk in the dark and cut his head badly on the fan. It is a big safety hazard and some kid could lose their eye due to that fan. Also the rental is advertised for up to 13 people but I would not recommend having more than 8 stay in the unit. It would not be comfortable. The listing said there was a pull out bed on the couch but none was there so my daughter just slept on the couch. Very poor experience.

We were happy with our stay and would stay there again if we went with a lot of family. I LOVED the proximity to the beach and the city itself. We were far enough away from the boardwalk that we did not hear the craziness but close enough to go if we wanted within a few minutes. The buggy provided to get to and from the beach was perfection. Truly. Use of that was imperative to be able to get back and forth with all the gear. There were a few things we wish we knew prior to booking. To get to the 1st floor, there is a large flight of steps that is not well lit and VERY slippery when wet. Second, there is no bathroom on the 1st fl. The bathrooms are 2 on the 2nd and 1 in the basement with the second queen size bed. The bedrooms, while were pictured accordingly, the location of each bedroom was not disclosed fully. One of the queen size bedrooms is in the basement with only a large staircase to get to it and the second, was on the second floor with the room with the bunkbeds. While NOT a major issue, we wish we knew prior as we had two elderly people with us who aren't the best with stairs. The unit also did not supply a floor cleaning option which is MUCH needed as sand was inevitable regardless of how much we tried to keep it off of us. Most nights I spent sweeping it into a pile and picking it up best I could with a Clorox wipe. As for the cleaning company, I would hire a new one. We had to clean quite a LOT when we got there.

This property was accurately listed. We’ve were extremely happy with of the townhouse the location to the beach, and yes the cart was so great and easy to transport all our beach setup. We will definitely consider this townhouse again.

Great location!

This place is located so close to the beach. It made it super easy to run back to the house if needed! Also, the beach cart in the garage was amazing to have to bring all of our stuff to and from the beach. We slept 12 in the house no problem. My only complaint is the cleaning lady was still there cleaning 45 minutes after check in. We had to wait with crying kids in the car until she was done.

Great Location!

Pros: So close to the beach this unit is a great location, especially if you have young children. It is also walking distance to some great restaurants and a grocery store. Each room had a queen size bed along with a bathroom for each bedroom. The host was very responsive to emails which was greatly appreciated. Cons: The unit could of been cleaner and the dryer did take a couple of cycles to get clothes dry. Overall we had a great time and would rent again.

Great location

Pros: Great location, so close to the beach, property owner very responsive. Queen-sized bunk beds, pretty clean overall. Cons: the washer and dryer capacity, for the number of guests there, is very small. The dryer does not dry very well; it took 2-3 cycles (a pretty long time!) to dry our laundered towels each day.

Great Home!

Thank you for allowing myself and 2 other moms and there daughters to stay at your home. It was perfect. We traveled for a dance competition. Each family had there own bedroom and bathroom to themselves! Snougg space on the main level for everyone to gather. The garage was amazing it rained 3 days out of the 5 days we stayed and pulling into that garage to unload bags was a great bonus. Highly recommend

Awesome Vacation Rental

Townhouse was great. Plenty of room for all of us. I brought all of our own linens. Home is clean. It is a busy vacation rental so not perfect. Location to the beach was awesome. I would rent the house again to be able to use the beach cart! We found a parking spot at the end of the street and just kept our car there. We walked most everywhere. Dead Freddie’s is across the street as well as a grocery store which was helpful. Would rent again!

Suman had great communication. We had a slight issue with the HVAC that was addressed ASAP. Everything else was great. The beach cart was phenomenal!

The house was as advertised. The location and proximity to the beach were fantastic. The house was clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family beach vacation. The beach cart was the envy of all who saw it!

Great for families with children

This was our families first non-condo beach vacation. The location couldn’t be better! Just steps from the beach. The addition of the oversized beach cart can’t be underestimated either. It made getting to and from the beach with multiple chairs and a tent a breeze. Make sure to bring your own fitted sheets for queen size beds. There were not enough provided in the house for all the beds. Fantastic trip!

Our stay experience!

I believe reviews are so very helpful but you have to keep in mind that everyone has their own opinion. With that, I rated the Cleanliness a 3. It may have been okay for some and I don't believe you can fault the owner, as I'm sure they don't inspect, but must have trust in the company they hire. I believe the cleaning industry at the beach is very busy at this time of year and they want to get in and out! It's too bad that all people don't have a high standard of work ethic. My main 'complaint' of cleanliness was the one toilet and shower liners. The carpets could have used a shampooing but again you have to keep in mind it's the beach and alot of in/out traffic! Check In Process was rated a 4. I'm sure my issue was all me! In regard to the location, WONDERFUl! Literally just steps to the beach! The property has two nice balconies. The neighbors (property owners/end unit) that we met were very friendly. As were the others in the row. Parking wasn't the greatest ... you had to keep your eye out for a spot and then not move your vehicle or risk losing it for sure! For us, we walked alot of places. There were a couple of 'home owner ' issues that the owner handled promptly. I hope this helps.
