There are quiet streets for bike riding, parks for playing, tennis courts, basketball courts and of course Ocean City's wonderful beach. All these activities are just a short walk or bike ride away. The community is also strategically located to a supermarket, many great restaurants Including Liquid Assets, Bull on the beach and Lombardi's to name a few. There is mini-golf, movies and many other fun activities that Ocean City has to offer!

* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* This is a 3-level townhome - all bedrooms and full bathrooms are on 2nd and 3rd floors, with the 3rd floor being a private primary suite.
* One dedicated parking spot is provided and there is ample additional parking in the lot and on the street.
* Easy access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This house is located on 94th street.

* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.
