This home has been fully renovated with a spacious living room including a large 75' TV, sectional couch and bar top area perfect for a group of guests to enjoy.

    All TVs in the house come pre equipped with streaming cable (YouTube TV) and additional platforms (Netflix and Hulu) for guests.

      Infinity Game Table and classic game system allow guests to enjoy their favorite board games and throw back video games for added fun (Snes, Sega, Nintendo)

        Large king bedroom with 12' plush mattress make for a relaxing sleep to recharge after adventuring through the city.

          2nd Bedroom comes equipped with 2 single beds and living room has a queen sofa bed and couch.

            Large dining room allows space to eat in comfort for all guests. Complimentary coffee bar brings the pick me up needed to explore Ocean City. for guests

              Kitchen had everything we needed. The balcony had a wonderful view and was large enough for everyone to sit and relax.The beach was just down the street!

              My parents, husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jeramey and Shaunet’s condo. The location was perfect for everything we had planned while in OC! We spent a lot of time on the balcony listening to the ocean. Communication with Jeramey was stellar! The condo was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay

              We had a great and comfortable stay! We were blessed to find such a nice place that allowed dogs. And the hosts went overboard to be sure we had everything we needed! Thank you for making your place available. The pictures do not fully capture how nice the place is for the price!

              Clean, spacious - enough space to spread out, brightly lit - we kept the deck door open to let the ocean breeze in and the pups enjoyed going in and out, fully stocked kitchen - we cooked and ate in, king bed - very comfortable, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, pet friendly, well lit parking lot and stairs when taking pets out at night. 3rd floor condo with both stairs and elevator access. Forgot shampoo and was happy to see the condo bathrooms were supplied with sample shampoo bottles and soaps. Towels, wash cloths, folded and left on the bed for us. Love the location ocean side with a short walk to the beach and sand rinse off station at the back of the building. Washer/ dryer unit in condo and laundry pods provided. Owner Jeremy was quick to reply to our email contact when we had a concern. Check in instructions were sent the day before and were very easy to follow. Would definitely rent this unit again!!

              The condo unit was clean with lots of extras, and comfortable bedding. Very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and attractions.Check-in and Check-out process couldn't have been any easier. Communication with property owner was excellent with quick response times.

              It’s soooo Ocean City

              This is a nice property with a great location depending on your needs. I needed to be near the convention center and they certainly fit that. Being in the ocean block was nice with just a very short walk to the beach.I grew up in Maryland and have been coming to Ocean City my entire life. This condo exactly fits what I think of when I think of going to Ocean City. It’s amazing and the beach is fantastic and I know I’m gonna have a great time, but when I check in, it’s just not quite as nice as I wanted it to be. Beach places get worn out quickly. And they’re not inexpensive to renovate.So that was this place. It’s good with a great location and just is starting to feel like it needs some love. First priority I would change out the shower valve set in the master bathroom. All three valves are leaking. That simple upgrade would’ve made this stay feel a little bit betterWould I stay again? Probably if they made it a little less “so ocean city”.

              Terrible Experience

              Broken wash machine. food left in the refrigerator and cabinets. dirty sheets on the main bed. dealing with house keeping about sheets and washer and dryer delivery. wife was very dissapointed. Only good thing was a large TV, Was offered extra days but really y wanted to check out after first night but done spent the money and drove 7 plus hours to get there.

              Nice long weekend stay

              Great location and great condo in OCMD. Huge TV in the living room and smart TVs in every room. Very comfortable beds. After sleeping here a few days, my wife and I realized it's time for us to buy a new mattress at home LOL. The location is great. Right in the heart of OCMD and it's only 1/2 block from the beach. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We had a small issue with a neighboring unit leaking water into ours, but the issue was resolved pretty quickly and didn't really cause us any issues. The owner was very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

              Great Location Close to Beach

              Stayed here for 3 nights with spouse and 2 small dogs. Central location. Good access to beach. Unit isn’t large, but comfortable for the 2 of us. We appreciated the 2nd bathroom. Bed was comfortable in master. Kitchen had basics. Some minor maintenance issues, but nothing serious enough to impact stay.

              Great place with location and owners

              We booked this and it’s the fourth place we have stayed. It was during the st Patrick’s celebration but was quiet but close to the event. The. Holding is nice and this place is amazing. Seeing the ocean when you wake up and enjoy your day is incredible. Jeramey the owner is very responsive. I absolutely would stay here again.

              Just what we needed

              My husband and I were looking for a clean, relaxing place to stay that would allow our dog and not break the bank. This was perfect! Jeramy was really helpful and responsive. I was not on my game with details and he was patient and gracious. Would highly recommend this property.
