Updated Brewster Townhome in Ocean Edge Resort, Nearby Beaches + Cape Charm

This tastefully decorated and freshly furnished two story condo offers relaxing accommodations for up to 6 people to enjoy everything Cape Cod has to offer. The condo is centrally located on the Cape close to beaches, shops, and fantastic local restaurants.

This condo is a 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit with a loft and open concept living/dining room including a walk out private patio. Both bathrooms and the kitchen have been recently updated including new appliances.

The inviting and bright living room has a comfy couch and smart 42 inch flat-screen Roku TV with capability to log into your favorite streaming services. Basic cable and Bluray/DVD player provided.

The full kitchen includes all necessary appliances and utensils, microwave, Keurig Duo (bring your own K-cups), toaster and dishwasher. The unit also has a washer and dryer. The charming dining room sits 6 adults comfortably.

The first floor bedroom is equipped with a queen sized bed, two side tables, a dresser, a closet, and has a wall-in AC unit.

Off the living room through a large sliding glass door is a quiet private patio including patio table, four chairs and a gas grill.

The second floor has a spacious master bedroom with bathroom, a large closet, queen-sized bed, two night-stands, a dresser, and wall-in AC unit.

Also on the 2nd floor is the air conditioned loft with a twin sized day bed including a trundle, a dresser and an accent chair. Perfect for reading a book as you sit enjoying the Cape Cod breeze that passes through our unit.

The Cape Cod Rail Trail passes through Ocean Edge Resort and is perfect for those looking to experience the scenery on a bike. There is a bike rental shop nearby. The resort also offers beautifully maintained grounds for walking and running with views of the Ocean Edge Resort Golf Course.

***This property does NOT include access to purchase passes to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, or the private beach or the Resort's golf courses and sports amenities (volleyball, basketball, tennis, etc). However, there are several public pay to park beaches and public golf courses within a short drive away. Please also note that access to the unit requires climbing a set of stairs from the parking area and could be challenging for guests with mobility concerns**

Pets and smoking are not allowed. Age of primary renter must be 25 and older.

Check in at 4pm, check out at 10am. Unfortunately we cannot grant exceptions to check in and check out times. Thank you for understanding!

All the details were superlatives

What a pleasant surprise - been renting for decades and this one is the best managed by far. So great to have sheets and towels and toiletry samples were all high end. Beds were comfy and loved the suitcase holders and the easy dresser drawers. Bountiful pillows and ac worked well. Not a village we usually rent in but thoroughly enjoyed. Renters should be aware, unlike most of ocean Edge there are multiple steps to get into this unit. Thanks so much to the owners for a greatly managed property and for all of the clear and quick communication, including letting us know when the cleane s were finished early.

We had a wonderful stay at Hans and Francisca’s home! Communication was excellent from the beginning—prompt, friendly, and always helpful. The house is beautiful, spotless, and well-equipped, making it a perfect home base for our trip. The location couldn’t be better—close to some of the most stunning beaches in Cape Cod, as well as charming towns, great shopping, and excellent restaurants. It was the ideal spot for a relaxing and memorable Cape getaway. Highly recommend!

The property is nicely renovated. It was very private and quiet. The AC was great. Also the property was well stocked with cleaning items, which is much appreciated. I walked every morning, great sidewalks and walkways.

Lovely Condo

We had a wonderful time staying in this townhouse. It is spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. A couple of suggestions we have are a cushion of some sort on the bench seating to make it more comfortable and the outdoor seating on the patio could be updated. We have stayed many times at different condos in Ocean’s Edge and this is one of our favorites. We hope to visit again! Thank you Hans and Francesca!

Nice condo in good location

We have stayed in other units at Ocean Edge before, and it is a nice complex in a good location in Brewster. The condo is nicely furnished and accommodated our family of five very well. Our 12 yr old grandson slept on the pullout bed in the loft and found it comfortable. We all enjoyed the patio off the living room and the privacy it offered. The rooms are a nice size, and with 2 levels. we never felt crowded. There are 14 stairs leading up to the condo though it is not a steep climb. There are landings after each group of 4 stairs. Still, it would be a consideration if ambulation is an issue. We had an unusual issue with the alarm system one evening - it kept going off after we had returned from dinner. Hans reacted very quickly to this incident and had a neighbor stop by within minutes to see if everything was OK. We appreciated this fast response, and we soon had everything under control.

Wonderful quiet townhouse

Great property! Clean, comfortable, cool with three mini-splits during a heatwave. Easy access to beaches, running trail, supermarket, etc. A lovely find and would certainly stay there again. Hans was extremely responsive (picks up on first ring and texts back minutes later!) Appropriate for families or small gathering. You won’t regret this one!

Wonderful condo

My family of 5 loved our stay at Hans condo in Brewster. It was very clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved being able to use the pools after a long day at the beach. It’s in a great location close to the beach, bike trail and lots of restaurants. We definitely plan on returning.

Lovely getaway

Perfectly maintained, thoughtfully provided condo with everything needed. Great location in the friendly town of Brewster. Thoroughly enjoyed the property and experience. Some things to advise: 1) the stairs up to the property are not easy and it should be stressed they are not for anyone with mobility issues (not us). 2) beach access on property is not available because owners are not members of the private club. Ditto golf and tennis 3) amenities that are available include bicycles and pickle ball. 4) steep stairs to upper floor. All-in-all had a lovely stay. Ken and jeri

Hello! As a Massachusetts native who grew up going to the Cape every summer, it is a dream of ours to be able to share our second home with you in the same way others have shared their Cape homes with us over the years.

Both my wife and I have fond memories of our respective family vacations to the beach. Whether that be a long weekend to the Cape for me, or a summer getaway to the family beach house in Los Vilos, Chile for my wife, we treasure those memories we have made and look forward to many more to come at our Brewster home.
