Just steps away from the white sugar sand beaches and clear gulf waters, this cozy 1 bed 1 bath condo is a slice a of paradise! This condo is a downstairs end unit with a washer and dryer INSIDE the unit. It also shares a pool with Sunset Chateau and is walking distance to a scenic boardwalk and the famous Caddy’s On The Beach restaurant and a short drive to other amazing restaurants and shops!. A parking pass is provided for 1 vehicle.

Loved the location close to the beach.

Was small but perfect for two people. If staying for a longer time might want a little more space, but very well stocked with everthing we needed. We would stay again if available. Met some very nice people who return every year and live the area.

Really adorable unit! The washer and dryer were very helpful to have right there as well.

Everything was easy with this rental. The location is perfect and we enjoyed ourselves thoroughly! We would return again!

Great location to the Gulf

Other than having to share the pool with another resort and having no chaise lounges or chairs there. It was a great experience. We would stay there again.

Great little condo directly across the street from the Beach

The condo was nice and clean, great location , all the comforts of home. We only had one problem and that was we wish we could have stayed longer.

76 year olds newly retired and married for 15 months this trip was our Honeymoon. The unit was perfect as well as the Sunset beach and weather. Every sunset for 14 days was spectacular

The property was excellent for 2. Lovely couch very well equipped kitchen. Spotless crockery and cutlery, large fridge. Small bathroom but excellent shower. Hand soap towels and hair dryer included. Very comfortable bed with spotless white bedding. Small wardrobe as space taken with washer dryer which we found good as we had a 17 night stay. Beach chairs and umbrella also provided. 5 minute walk to gorgeous beach. Restaurants and bars nearby but car needed as too hot to walk. We had a very peaceful sun drenched holiday.

Great Location

Great location. Place was clean. My 2 complaints is the microwave wasn’t working and was notified the day I was to arrive about it. The other issue for me that was BIG is it said on description that beach chairs were in condo along with a umbrella. Well the beach chairs are NOT beach chairs they are the smallest camping chairs you can get. When you travel on plane you can’t bring things like this so that was a big issue. I gave a 3 star rating based on those 2 issues for beach chairs and microwave not working or I would of gave a 5 star rating.

Wonderful

Wonderful area right across the street from the beach. Very very clean. Everything u would need durring a short or even a long stay. The washer and dryer are a bit outdated. The kitchen wear could be in better condition. I enjoyed my stay and will be definitely back.

Perfect location

Great condo in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood that is just steps from the gorgeous beach. A short drive to many restaurants and Caddy’s beach bar walkable from the condo.

The Way I See It.

Shower was terrible, hardly any pressure. It was not going to be repaired until the day before we left! They need a new toaster that works efficiently. Outdoor chairs are very uncomfortable, need to get better ones. There was only one beach towel for 2 people.

Nice clean updated condo. I stayed at Harbor House quite a few times in different condos but this was definitely one of my favorites. Thanksgiving week 2021

Wonderful Sunsets

Great location, very nice and very clean. Had everything you need except a hair dryer lol. The weather was Great so easy to dry hair outside. Would definitely go there again.

Great place to stay.

This condo was a comfortable, clean place to stay within walking distance to Caddy's on the Beach and a couple of other restaurant/bars. The kitchen was fully equipped for whatever you might need during a stay. There is a pool across the road that is shared with this property, but there aren't any pool chairs there. The microwave didn't work during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation & Perfect Location

We loved Harbor House 31! It was clean, well stocked, right across from the beach and pool, and all on a dead end street so no crazy traffic. We HIGHLY recommend staying here (and we did it with kids). Having laundry available in the apt made it even better! Property manager was super helpful if we needed anything (which we really didn’t need a thing). Kitchen had what we needed for cooking, but lots of great places to eat nearby too. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect beach getaway.

This was a seamless rental process. When I look at properties to rent, of course I read reviews, but in this case it was a new rental. So against my usual terms, I went ahead and booked it and we are glad we did. Short walk to the beach and a cozy place to stay. We will definitely keep this place in mind for the future. 5-stars!
