Este tranquilo condominio de 1HAB y 1 baño en Harbour House en Treasure Island promete vistas de la puesta de sol desde su balcón. ¡Confía en nosotros, es la mejor vista de la casa! Y situado justo al otro lado de la famosa Sunset Beach, estás a solo 50 metros de la arena blanca en tus dedos.

"Sunset View" está completamente amueblado y ofrece una cocina totalmente equipada para una cena nocturna o un desayuno a media mañana. Puedes dormir cuatro, con una cama tamaño king en el dormitorio y una cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar. Ambas habitaciones cuentan con grandes televisores de pantalla plana y todo el condominio cuenta con Internet de alta velocidad / wi-fi. Incluso tenemos sillas de playa y toallas de playa para usted!

overall review of condo

we enjoyed our stay at this condo very much. We did find checking in with TRS a bit challenging . Address difficult to find. We were able to leave keys etc at the condo instead of at the TRS office which seems the best solution . Other condo renters do this.

Perfect location

We love Treasure Island and especially Harbor House. Right across from the beach. Melissa is so responsive to requests. Just about everything you need for vacation is in the condo and if we requested something it was provided. Sorry to have to go home.

Great location with ocean views

Location was outstanding; short walk across side street to the beach! Kitchen had all you needed to prepare meals. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable. Beach chairs and cooler were available. The unit could use some updating as far as furnishings - the couch/sleeper was uncomfortable (could feel springs while sitting) and needed cleaning/replaced. Would definitely recommend this property for its location!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The weather was a little less than cooperative but it was nice. The only issue we had was a noise coming from the HVAC on the roof of the building at all hours of the night. Other than that it was nice.

Great location.

We had stayed at it’s sister property right beside this building two years ago and loved it, and decided to stay in this unit due to its equally wonderful location. The beach is a short distance away and easily walkable as well as it’s convenient location to the grocery store, drug stores and great restaurants. The downside was the lack of cleanliness—we immediately took our shoes off at the front door upon entry and by the time we made it to the bedroom to unpack, our feet were black. If you’re picky about linens then you may want to bring your own, as the sheets and pillow cases were very low, scratchy quality and the mattress was firm—which may be a plus for some. We were grateful we had plenty of additional towels and wash cloths for the stay. Also, be aware that your check-in/out is at another property roughly 10ish minutes away. Despite the “drawbacks”, we would stay again.

Amazing!

Picturcondo was even nicer in person! Check in was so easy and Christine at the office was so friendly and welcoming. The property was stocked with everything we needed and more. Melissa was so responsive and is honestly the best host we have stayed with. This was our 10th year to the area and this was the smoothest stay we have had. We usually stay in Madeira beach but this location on treasure island is PERFECT. Everything in the area (from johns pass to boat rides and restaurants) was packed with it being Easter week but sunset beach was nearly empty the entire stay. My boys had the pool to themselves every night.

MINI VACATION

EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY. ONLY THINGS WERE THAT STATED THERE WAS LAUNDRY , BUT WE HAD NO LAUNDRY ACCESS. MANAGEMENT SAID WE WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR ANY EXCESS LAUNDRY.(THANK YOU) . WAS A LITTLE FAR TO PICK UP AND DROP OFF KEY, BUT LUCKILY WE COULD USE MY SISTERS CAR. OTHER WISE THE LOCATION AND CLOSENESS TO THE BEACH WERE EXCELLENT. EVERYONE AROUND HARBOR HOUSE WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE CONDO WAS CLEAN AND LOOKED LIKE THE PICTURES ON LINE. THANKS . WOULD STAY AGAIN

Easy check-in, unit had everything one needs for a one month stay. Well stocked kitchen needs. Great location, perfect sunsets from balcony every day. Nice beach buggy and beach chairs and umbrella. 100 steps to beach.

Perfect 11 day stay over Christmas and New Year's!

This is a perfect place to stay to enjoy the beach. It is close to many restaurants/bars and shopping. The beach is right across the street but you have a view from the condo. We like it so much we just booked 12 days again next year over the holidays. Great place and hostess!!!

Did not expect the dissapointment

In short , the property was very unclean bedroom sadly had condom wrapers besides the bed that were sweept just under on the side, was there with a 2 year old who picks up anything of the ground that was sickening , every appliance was falling apart , the ac made the loudest humming sound all night impossible to get any sleept with out feeling like youre in an airplane. We left in 2 days even though we had it for 10 to go to another property just couldnt do it. still had few days left when i went to turn in keys at the after hour location ran into a guy at a front desk that told me to go drop the keys at a drop off box myself because he was way too busy , wasted my time and money over and over.

Great week getaway

We had a great time at our vrbo. We had a slight issue with the tv but Melissa walked us through what to do. She was a great host and very friendly to talk to. I loved the location with the beach being a little quieter and the sunset being gorgeous. The unit was very clean and the extras of beach chairs, board games, and a cooler were wonderful (to name a few). The only part I didn’t care for was the tiny shower and toilet so close to the washing machine. It was in no way a dealbreaker and it is the best use of the space it was just very small. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for a relaxing five days! We loved it!

Inconvenient Check-in/out

The location was exactly what we wanted for a weekend on the beach with no vehicle, just rented bicycles. However, we did not know this until after booking, we had to drive 30 minutes to pick up and drop off the keys!!! And when we finally got to pick them up, the location was closed and we had to travel another 10 minutes! Check out was even worse. We left at checkout time, 10AM, but were expected to bring the keys back right away when all we wanted to do was get some breakfast and enjoy the blissful beach across the street. It’d be so much better for the guest if we could pick up and drop off keys on site. I’ve done it with sooo many other properties. It’s as simple as a lock box for arrival and a housekeeper to take them back for departure. We are paying them $100 cleaning fee anyways! My last day was completely interrupted because of this! Other than that, the property was just fine.

Great Trip

Property was great and very close to the beach. The only slight negative is you have to pick up and drop off the keys to the property about 10 minutes away from the actual rental.

Our Month at Harbor House

We enjoyed our month stay in our rental! The owner Melissa was so accommodating and answered any questions in a timely manner. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing and didn’t disappoint! The neighborhood is quiet and is away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. We loved the beach across the street and having Caddy’s so close was a bonus!! I highly recommend this rental if you want beautiful sunsets, a great beach view, a comfortable rental space, and great rental neighbors!!! We can’t wait to go back next year!!!!
