Discover the ultimate in mountain living at this ski-in/ski-out condo offering all the conveniences of a home away from home, six bedrooms, six bathrooms, and space for everyone! Located on the sixth floor, mountain and ski views are simply breathtaking. Upon entering, you'll find a convenient area to remove and hang your coats and jackets. The chef of the group will be delighted by the fully-equipped kitchen available. It's spacious and offers a breakfast bar that seats six, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV near the breakfast bar, plenty of counter space, gorgeous wooden cabinets throughout to store your goodies and groceries, and stainless steel appliances. Some of the incredible appliances that you'll find are a double-door, full-size fridge, mixer, blender, dishwasher, wine glasses, cups, pots and pans, utensils, stove, a double-oven, and a coffee maker. The dining area features a large, natural wood table that comfortably seats 10 with four wooden benches and two armchairs, and a baseboard heat unit–the perfect place for a family meal!

There are two inviting living areas with comfortable furniture to provide guests with the ultimate relaxation experience. The first living room features a large shuffleboard table, a gigantic, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a sectional sofa, two armchairs, partial A/C, a ceiling fan, two baseboard heat units, four stools, and a private balcony overlooking the pools and slopes. It's the ideal place to hang out with your friends–put together a shuffleboard tournament, organize the group into teams, and let the fun begin! Or if you're looking forward to a more relaxing afternoon, turn on the large flatscreen TV, prepare some snacks, and enjoy watching a thrilling movie on the large flatscreen TV.

The second living area offers two comfortable sofas, a recliner, a stone gas fireplace, two baseboard heat units, partial A/C, a ceiling fan, a bookcase with a handful of books, a telescope, a flatscreen TV on top of a stand, and access to another private balcony featuring a small outdoor dining area (two chairs and a small table). This is another great spot to unwind alone or with friends. Snuggle up on the recliner in front of the gas fireplace with a good book in hand, or gather with your friends around the flatscreen TV to watch your favorite movie or show. There are also two washer/dryers included (detergent provided) for your convenience.

For sleeping options, there are six rooms throughout the home. Bedroom number one is a suite with a king bed, jaw-dropping slope views from the window, a ceiling fan, a baseboard heat unit, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, and an ensuite full bathroom with a two-person vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom number two is another king suite equipped with a king bed, slope views, a ceiling fan, a baseboard heat unit, wall-mounted flatscreen TV with cable, and an ensuite full bathroom with a two-person vanity and a walk-in shower as well.

Bedrooms number three and four have queen beds–the third bedroom has a baseboard heat unit, a TV cabinet, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom number four has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower as well, a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a baseboard heat unit, and an adorable reading nook overlooking the complex. Bedroom number five includes two twin beds (that can be converted into a king), a ceiling fan, baseboard heat, an ensuite full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and a TV cabinet. And last, but not least, bedroom number six, the kid-friendly room, features a Captain's twin/double bunk, baseboard heat, and a wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

Guests will also enjoy access to a heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, a fitness room, ski lockers, and an on-call shuttle service for easy access to shopping, dining, and other activities.


The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, underground on-site parking, and more. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and guests can shop to their heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

THINGS TO KNOW
No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.
Torian Plum is not a member of Triple Crown or other youth sports lodging programs and is unable to accept any participants at this property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Perfect location in Steamboat

We loved the location. The bedrooms arrangement was prefect for our family. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything needed. The VACASA vans were great .

Perfect Condo for a group trip!

This was the perfect spot for a fun group weekend for a wedding in steamboat. The location was amazing to access the gondola and mountain. The apartment was super clean and updated, had everything we needed and more. Everyone in the group loved it. Would love to come back!

The Torian Plum unit 614 was perfect for my large family. The location could not be beat and the we all had a great time. The office allowed us to have 3 parking passes so all of us could park in the garage which was a blessing. Being so close to the base made skiing very enjoyable.

Perfect!

Absolutely perfect spot for a ski trip. We used this place for our annual ski trip with 6 guys and it couldn’t have been better. The building is literally right off a trial. You can get to the gondola in less than a minute from the back door of the building. The condo itself is immaculate with all the items you’d ever need. Very clean, quiet, and the shuffle board table is a blast. Would go back in a heart beat.

Picture Perfect!

This unit is not only in the perfect location, but it is stunning and the views of the slopes are unbelievable. The unit was clean, very well kept up and had everything we needed and more. The staff at front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Perfect Spring Break

We stayed here for Spring Break and it was amazing. The newly renovated unit was clean and well equipped. We had three families with 7 kids ages 10-16. The place was super convenient. Being right at the base of the mountain was perfect. My only recommendation would be to add a Kuerig in the kitchen. Thank you for sharing your condo!
