Thi was our first time at Panama City Beach. It was a beautiful condo and has a spectacular view of the ocean! The condo is just like the sight said, but I’d say it’s a lot nicer. Those pictures don’t do it justice. It was beautiful and more than we expected! The owners were terrific to work with and we’d definitely go back for sure!

Condo is amazing

The condo is as described and it is amazing!!!! The owner's are great and very easy to get in contact with for any reason. The location is great right on the beach located close to pretty much everything. Parking is even easy in the garage unlike most other places ive been to that if you dont get there right away your in a bad spot not here pretty much every level is easy access to the condo's.......one more thing the king size mattresse is so comfortable i wish i had looked to see what brand it was to buy my own for home!!!!!

Spring Break trip

The property was listed correctly and the location was perfect! However, the furniture, decor, dishes, linens etc…. were very outdated and not in good condition. You could definitely see the wear on them. The washer was dirty and smelled moldy. The elevators were extremely slow and there was always a wait. (No fault of the owners) This unit didn’t come with beach chairs like the others I looked at. They did provide a few chairs that were stained, dirty and rusted. For the price I paid I expected things to be nicer and in better shape. Definitely, wouldn’t stay there again.

Our condo is well maintained, updated and very clean. A quick read through our previous reviews are reflective of that. We take pride in providing our guests with everything they need to have a fantastic vacation. In response to the items that did not meet your expectations: The towels are a wear item and some needed to be replaced, and we have now done so. Thank you for that feedback. The washer/dryer are brand new, with no detection of dirt or mold. Not sure how you came to such a conclusion. The condo looks exactly like the photos. If the decor did not meet your personal taste, it would have been advantageous for you to have selected a property that did. You were also informed before you rented the condo that we do not provide beach chair service. We provide folding beach chairs as a courtesy. The salt and sun environment will impact the chair metal and fabric in a very short period of time. If as a courtesy these chairs are not acceptable, guests also have the ability to rent full size chairs from the beach vendor if they so desire. We hope you are able to find a property in the future that meets your more personal tastes.

Roaches in the Condo Ruined My Trip the owner had management to come spray the condo I have proof

My Trip 09/29/22– 10/2/22 the owner had management to come spray the condo after I contacted her. Roaches were crawling out on the floor, kitchen sink, both bathroom tubs , living room wall it was horrible they refunded me $150 of almost $800 we had to keep luggage in our car we threw away food that we had purchased because of the Roaches that was on the refrigerator and everywhere we had to walk back and forth to get items from our luggage in the parking garage in our car we were afraid that the roaches would get in our luggage so this why we kept it in our car that was not a short walk from our condo to the garage back in we couldn’t even sleep good because we were uncomfortable with the roaches even after they sprayed, it did not help. I contacted the owner again via message and by phone about the problem with the roaches. We got up early on the last day and just left I would not recommend staying here. I have pictures and text messages from myself and the owner. I also notified VRBO, all of this problem and I gave them proof all of the pictures and the text messages between me and the owner. The owner kept saying they had never seen roaches, but we even saw a roach in the elevator and I told her that she stated that the condo gets sprayed every 3 months. I never experience anything like this, and I have rented other properties here on Vrbo.If I could attach pictures and message I would. I Pray for this property.

When you called and said you saw a bug, we had an exterminator out to spray within 2 hours the same day and immediately refunded the night's stay. Your report of an "infestation" did not occur until after your stay when you informed us that you wanted more money refunded prior to leaving your review.

Loved our stay! The condo was super clean and looked exactly like the photos, our favorite part was the spectacular view from the balcony. Mark and Rae were really helpful getting checked in and gave some great recommendations on activities in PCB. We were able to walk to a few nearby restaurants for dinner. Overall, very satisfied with our stay and would definitely stay here again!
