EMERALD BEACH RESORT!
Ningún daño sufrido por el huracán. La edad mínima de alquiler es de 25 años.
TENGA EN CUENTA: en cuanto al número de huéspedes: nuestra unidad es más adecuada para 2 adultos en la habitación, 2 niños en literas y 2 adultos o niños en el cómodo sofá cama queen en la sala de estar. Como las literas son para niños, dormir 6 adultos es lo mejor para una unidad de 2 dormitorios.
Enorme complejo con comodidades / conserje y valet parking opcional
- Configuraciones de sillas de playa para dos cada día de su estadía (las reservé para mi unidad. No todas las unidades han hecho esto (gran valor) 1 de marzo al 30 de octubre. DOS nuevos (2018) televisores ROKU inteligentes de 55 pulgadas instalados. Nueva lavadora / secadora de tamaño completo.
- Starbucks, tienda de regalos, bar junto a la piscina
- UBICACIÓN: La habitación está en el 3er piso con una vista fantástica de las personas en la playa, junto al elevador de acceso a la playa y la puerta trasera del lobby para acceder al SkyBridge justo al lado de su automóvil.
NOTA: junio / julio requiere un registro de entrada y salida el sábado.

- Seguridad las 24 horas
- Cerca del parque de entretenimiento Pier Pier, restaurante y zona comercial.
- Piso bajo apto para niños

- Muy buena diversión en la piscina para niños también para adultos

Clean room and the host was amazing! The view was absolutely stunning and the location is pretty good too. The walk to pier park is about a mile. The heated pools in November is a great perk! No major wait time for elevators. Over all a great experience.

We loved staying here. Rick is an amazing host. He replies so fast and kindly. He even let us check in a little early because the room was ready which meant a lot to us. The room was very nice as well!!

The condo owner had beach chairs an towels for his guests. He answered all my questions promptly (sometimes on a daily basis lol). He went as far as making me suggestions on grocery list! He made us feel like we were family "visiting" his home

We enjoyed our stay! Nice place and resort with a great view, and was stocked with most essentials you would need. It was convenient to be right by an elevator, but plently of nights and early mornings it was quite noisy in the hallways, with the bedroom being right right next to the hall. One day we did some laundry and the dryer wasnt working. Rick was quick to get someone out to try and fix it. He even payed for our dinner for the night for the inconvenience. All in all it was great stay and we would definately stay again if we came back to PCB!

So much fun!

Directions for arrival were very clear and easy to follow. Once in the condo my overall impression was good! A few things could be updated throughout the condo, but overall everything was great! We would have loved a little more seating in the living room. The condo location was near everything we wanted to enjoy, most in walking distance. My daughter and nieces loved the pools! They were never too crowded. Beach access was not a long walk like most places. That was nice because carrying everything out a distance is never fun. The beach was never overly crowded during our stay. The view from the condo balcony was lovely! Rick was very helpful anytime I messaged throughout our stay. We can’t wait to stay again in the future.

An ideal getaway in Florida

Our unit was fabulous! We were on the 3rd floor of a 25 floor Wyndham resort with an exceptional view from the patio of the Gulf. Most all restaurants were within walking distance which was a plus for us. The only problem initially was the parking garage and then access to the unit. So many different elevators to access the unit, but once we had it figured out, it wasn't a problem. Highly recommend this VRBO!

The property was just as described and very clean. The owner was great. Communication was amazing. He responded very quickly when I reached out and there were no issues at all. We had a great time and look forward to working with him in the future!

Wonderful condo, amazing host!

The condo had everything you could ask for! Rick was so easy to communicate with and so helpful! Condo had a nice layout, clean, decorated so cute and perfect location! Wonderful amenities with quick, easy access to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Absolutely would stay here again!

Fall beach getaway

Property was just what we were looking for. Low floor, plenty of room, and very clean. Host was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Extras like books, beach chairs, and beach towels were in the unit for guest use. Location was great and beach was easy to access from this condo. Highly recommend!

Relaxing

Great location. Beautiful view of the beach. We had to issues checking in. It was contactless check in. Very quiet neighbors. The owners are great. Would rent from them again. We loved it. Thank you Rick. You made sure that we had all of the information that was needed for our stay. Can't wait to be back.

Great family spot!

We had a great time in this condo. Our friends stayed in another room in this building and they didn't have nearly as many amenities (salt, cookware, paper towels etc). This condo felt very homey. There was one night I could hear lots of noise, pipes maybe, but it stopped, and we didn't have any other nights we could hear it out of our week stay. I'm guessing it was a fluke. We are family of 5 with our kids being elementary /teen age and we felt like we had plenty of space. The week we stayed, there were two red flags, so we skipped the beach those days. This really highlighted how great the condo and building was. We went to the pools, walked to the arcade down the street, walked to restaurants close by, hit Starbucks , then went souvenir shopping. Also, being on the 3rd floor makes it so convenient to get to everything. We were close to the skybar which was great for a quick adult getaway but still close to our room. Often times we just took the stairs instead of waiting for the elevators. I really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place.

Wonderful experience!

Rick was super easy and helpful to work with! We had no problems at all with booking our vacation or getting any of the information needed for our stay. The condo was clean and in good condition when we arrived. The resort offers many amenities. There were a lot of beach chairs and toys in the unit, although we had brought our own. It was nice to know those were available! My 7 year old thought the captains quarters decorations on the top bunk area were wonderful! We very much enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back!

Great location! It was quick and easy to get to the beach. Very close to great restaurants. Spacious rooms with comfortable and stylish furniture. Owner kept in contact to ensure we enjoyed our stay.
