OCEAN FRONT, 4 Bedroom/ 2 Bathroom Beach House, if you want a week at the beach that you will never forget!
Enjoy the glorious vistas of the ocean and beach from the balcony off the living and kitchen area of the beach house. Fall asleep to the crashing ocean waves and wake up to an unimaginable sunrise over the ocean.
This unit has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room and Ocean Front balcony. It has 3 televisions, free wi-fi/internet, and a fully stocked kitchen. There is a king bed, a queen bed and 2 twin beds in the 3rd & 4th bedrooms. There is also a blow up mattress in the living room.
Kitchen has microwave, stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all dishes/utensils. There is central air conditioning throughout unit.
Since the unit is ocean front, you are steps away from the beach. We have 4 beach chairs for your use to bring down to the beach.
The house is located right on the boardwalk, at the quiet end. You can enjoy a stroll to all the restaurants, shops, rides and entertainment and head back to your quiet beach house.
This beach house is custom decorated with a coastal décor. There is a very large balcony the same width of the living that has very comfortable balcony furniture. Spend mornings out on the balcony having your coffee and enjoying the sun as you watch the ocean and the beach.
Your rental stay comes with 2 designated parking space.
Please note: No pets are allowed, guests must be 25 or older to rent, we are family friendly, we have quiet hours between 10pm - 8am and this is a non-smoking building.

Amazing location

We loved having so much space at the Villa and the location and view is perfect for our family. It was very bright and clean and had everything we needed for on and off the beach. Hope to stay again next year and years to come!

Perfect location and great family space for a great getaway

The location is amazing and the property is more spacious than it looks in pictures. We had 2 families and it worked well that each family had one bedroom for parents and the other for the kids. Being right on the boardwalk, it was fantastic to park our car and spend the week walking right on to the beach or strolling down the boardwalk to the many attractions. Don't wait, book your quintessential beach vacation today!

Great rental great location

The rental exceeded our expectations. We had 5 kids and 5 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location was perfect. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and was quick to help with anything we needed. I can't wait to stay at this rental again!

Stayed here with extended family for a summer holiday week. Incredibly convenient location but quiet at night. Nicely maintained, spacious and comfortable apartment with everything we needed. On site property manager was friendly and responsive. We would be happy to visit again!

The unit was beautiful. Kitchen fully stocked. Management was very quick with response to anything we needed. The location of the unit on boardwalk was perfect for us. Restaurants and amusement park within a short stroll. Will definately recommend and most likely will stay again next year.

Great family friendly home!

This is the perfect spot for families! You step right onto the boardwalk and beach from the front porch. The house was very spacious and clean with enough room for 6 adults and 4 young children. The property manager was great and responded timely to any questions we had. This was a great location and we enjoyed watching the sunrise and sunset from the front porch. We would definitely recommend the property and hope to visit again soon!

Excellent home and location!

You can’t beat this location. Right on the beach/boardwalk, close to everything you need and want to do. This is a middle unit, so there are people above and below, but you don’t hear too much. The porch is great for hanging out. The home is spacious and perfect for a family vacation. Will be glad to come back!

Great Beach Vacation

This was the perfect beach house! Our place was clean, tidy and spacious. The boardwalk and beach were right off our front porch. We couldn't have asked for a better location! We could see the sun rise and sun set from the porch, such a beautiful and relaxing experience. We would definitely come back and be recommending this place to our family and friends!

We love this property. We stayed in another apartment last year and knew we had to stay at this place again! Tons of room! Can’t beat the location and view. Perfect Location!

The property location was beautiful and located right on the boardwalk! You practically step off the front porch and are right on the boardwalk then the beach. The home was nice. They also had beach gear such as chairs and umbrellas you can use. The home itself was comfortable. However, there are no vents in the bathrooms and the vent in the family room needed to be cleaned. Overall, we had a nice stay.

Perfect beach vacation

This property is near perfect. The location is great for the beach and boardwalk. Everything was very clean and all the details with check in were very easy. Plenty of kitchen items for cooking and lots of room for our family of 6. Do not hesitate to book this place! A small note I might suggest for the owner (which is minor and in no way takes away from this rental): some mirrors & trash cans in the bedrooms would be helpful, some nicer towels and having the beds already made would have made this a perfect 10 in my book! Thanks for sharing your lovely property, we made some great memories!

Beach Villa is amazing!

We had an awesome time in this beautiful place! What a view! What a perfect location! We had all the comforts of home in a magical setting! Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for a large family to spread out. The pictures really don’t do it justice! There were extra beach chairs and umbrellas for us to use. We loved sitting on the front porch in the evening, watching the fun on the boardwalk. We didn’t really need much from him while we were there, but it was simple to communicate with Sean when needed. He was very kind and welcoming. We honestly can’t wait to go back!

Fourth of July week

Property is located directly on boardwalk ,perfect for large group of people , outside deck was great for people watching while enjoying coffee or cold beverage , house was very comfortable with a good amount of chairs and dinning ! Last house we rented had a bistro table for 10 people so we were very pleased to see room to sit and eat , house fully equipped with everything you need , only complaint is they need to put a shower bar in at least one of the two bathrooms my mom is elderly and that was her complaint . Other then that can’t ask for anything more other then maybe a grill , But we did bring our own and we Bbq on the fourth . Needless to say with the steaks on the grill made everyone looking to join our party of 10 .

Martin & Lynda Graham. We love the water and the beach. This is our future retirement home that we are sharing with families to enjoy family time together as we do.
We reside in the Finger Lakes region of NY where we work full time. We have five beautiful children and three grandchildren. We love to spend time with our family at the beach, boating, and sking. We especially like to cook and have family meals together.
Our son, Sean Conner, is the Property Manager for our BeachView Apartments. He will help check you in and provide your parking passes as well as be around during your stay for any questions or help you may need.
Because this is our family beach home, we do not allow seniors to stay during senior week or large groups who wish to party at the beach. Our beach house is for family-oriented guests who want to spend time together, enjoy the beach, go golfing and have fun on the boardwalk in Ocean City, MD. We do require quiet hours between 10pm and 8am for our guests.
