Our family had a wonderful long weekend stay! Lucio was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The condo was well maintained and spotless. We had all the comforts of home. Would definitely stay here again!

The host was wonderful and the place was beautiful. We would definitely come back! A few things to note. First, the master bedroom is not private as it is a loft room overlooking the first floor dining room, living room, and kitchen. Just something to keep in mind if there are people below. Second, parking is 65 per car which will not be included in the VRBO rates, so when adding the final price please make sure to include that.

Loved this place!

We loved our stay at Lucio’s place at the Sea Watch. The condo is exactly as pictured. The view is amazing. The communication and follow up with Lucio was very timely. He is very friendly and attentive. The place is very roomy and just perfect. I’ve never used a linen service before so I was a little concerned but the linen was pristine. All of the employees who we encountered at the Sea Watch were very helpful. I will definitely rent this location in the future.

Easter Weekend

Our stay was lovely for Easter weekend. The property was well maintained, the condo was comfortable with plenty of space for three families. The owner communicated promptly and was very accommodating. Would definitely rent this condo again. Great spring get away

Winter Mini-Vaca

I'd actually like to give it four & a half stars if I could. It was kinda weird that the master bed frame was larger than the mattress. The dining chairs and living room sofa were well worn. Something you might not notice as much during the summer months but for winter, we spent more of our time indoors. But overall it was a great stay for our family of 3 generations. Nice walks on the beach. The building has great amenities. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the theater. The 2 story unit had wonderful views of the ocean and N. Ocean City - we could even see the WinterFest lights. Would recommend. Probably spectacular in the warmer months!

Great location and amenities

We were steps from the beach with two pool options. We could walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and stores. We had beach chairs at our disposal. It was a bit of a hassle to bring everything - by the time we packed the trash bags, paper towels, coffee filters, food, bath towels, beach towels, shampoo, and sheets, there wasn’t room left in our car! But the layout was great and we couldn’t ask for a better location.

Great Place & Quiet!

The unit itself was very nice, very typical for the building with some updates. The part that really had us floored was that even though the Master Suite was a loft style, all bedrooms were almost soundproof. The owners were very responsive and did everything they could to accommodate our needs. Would absolutely recommend!

Great family vacation

Nice and roomy with a wonderful view of the ocean and bay. We watched dolphins from the balcony. It was convenient to have beach chairs provided, Everybody had a great time.

Amazing Accommodations

Excellent place to stay with family or a group! Great location, all the amenities, lots of space and beautiful views. Lucio was an exemplary host and easy to communicate with. The apartment offered everything we needed for a relaxing and fun long weekend with plenty of room to spread out. I would highly recommend this amazing place.

Beautiful Location in Ocean City!

Walking into the condo we were very impressed with the space and finishes! It is very beautifully decorated. Since I have little ones, I moved many of the items I considered breakable into a storage closet in the hallway for safe-keeping during our stay. There was plenty of space in the kitchen and common living areas, and the bedrooms were spacious as well. My kids loved the bunk beds. The views from the balcony were breathtaking. We had a great family vacation and can't wait to visit again!

Beautiful and Functional

This condo is in an incredible location on the top floor with beautiful views. The layout of the kitchen living and dining is very nice - open and spacious. There were plenty of supplies to keep us comfortable and of course the building amenities were fantastic. We played tennis, took the kids to the playground, went to the pool, and kids played at the arcade. There are some minor downsides I only want to share to keep others informed. I would say these should not dissuade you from this property as overall it is a great stay. The listing mentioned balconies for sunset views, which would be for two of the bedrooms on the inside. These doors were closed and had signs stating “do not open.” There was also a folding closet door in the bunk room that would not budge because of some settling. The listing says 4 bedrooms, however that includes a small room on the first floor with a twin day bed/trundle and no closet. I would not call that a bedroom, as it’s more like a bonus room. There are really only two true bedrooms. There is no bath tub. All three baths are full size with showers only. The parking is $50 per car (cash only), the listing states $40. Order residents of the condo during our week set up their beach furniture at 5 AM each morning. The entire row of the beach by the water was “staked” so if you come any later, you have to set up behind them. Although this is not the condo or owners’ issue, it would have been nice to know.

Great views!

This place has lovely views from every room! It was spacious enough for two families to spread out and not feel too crowded. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, etc. Condo building with LOTS of amenities! Easy access to the beach too! The only thing is that the furniture is a bit dated (drawers don't open and close easily). Lucio was an attentive host!

Great property for a family vacation.

Our family had a wonderful vacation. The property was exactly as pictured in the photos. It was perfect for our entire family of six adults and five children. The entire building is very well maintained. The atrium is beautiful.

Family Memories Made

The unit met our needs so nicely. The kids were happy with their bunk room even sharing it with Grandma. We laughed, had Apple tastings, and enjoyed the amenities of the unit. We left something behind and the support we received to get it back was so fantastic. The kids,all 5 of them, are already asking to go back again. This trip was planned to honor my adult children's grandmother who took them to OC when they were the same age as their kids. This unit was perfect to support our trip. Thank you to the owner.

Ocean city views

What amazing view!!! Just a great place. Easy check in. Checked in early. The place is beautiful and comfortable. Big enough for all and just right for family time. We met some people from Seacrest and they were just lovely. The amenities are great. The grandkids were water logged. The beach access. Pool, movie theater, playground , tennis and basketball all available. My sister came for yhe weekend and its all we talk about. Clean and nice. The only downside is we had to leave early because of a family emergency 😪.

Great space and location

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The main space has lots of room and there are 4 true bedrooms. There’s a nicely redone full bathroom on the main level. There are three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. The master bedroom decor is very outdated including an 80s black lacquer bed and glitter wall behind it. My friends stayed in that room and their bathroom was not very nice. If you even touched the shower door and pushed it slightly outward when sliding it it would fall off the track. So that was disappointing for them. Also to note the master bedroom is open to the downstairs. There are curtains that provide privacy though. For the price I would’ve expected updated cabinets in the kitchen, but there are updated countertops. The oven is ancient but works and the microwave is possibly one of the smallest freestanding ones I’ve ever used. But the location is great and the amenities of Sea Watch are fantastic. We would definitely consider staying again if the small issues were remedied.

My wife & I started coming to Ocean City from New York, back in 1983! Owned a little cafe off the boardwalk that summer. Opened a restaurant in New York shortly after & raised our 3 sons, driving down to OC any chance we could! It quickly became our second home, purchasing our unit in the Seawatch years later. We enjoy the views, the beach, the boardwalk, the restaurants & all the area has to offer! Shopping in Rehoboth, spending the day @ Assateague Island or biking on the boardwalk, kayaking in the bay, the area has so much to offer families & groups alike! We enjoy sharing our 2nd home with other families to make memories!

The Seawatch offers so many amenities, even out of season or inclement weather, especially for kids. It is a well maintained building with great views all around! Best location in Condo Row on the beach, you can walk on the beach for miles, walk or drive to many restaurants, or ride the bus up & down Coastal Highway. Bike, walk or drive to Northside Park, just a few blocks away, on the bay. There’s a bus stop directly across the street. Just blocks away from Tax Free Delaware shopping & entertainment! New to OC is a water taxi on the bay with a dock on 118 Street, in the Food Lion shopping center! Check it out! This really is the Best building with the best location!
