Condo was very nice and clean. Was very close to Universal, Sea World, and Orange County Convention Center. Lots of dining and grocery options nearby. Would stay again because location was perfect for us!

Nice Condo close to parks

We had a great stay in Orlando, the condo was clean and was a quick and easy ride to all parks. The facilities were easy to get into and the owner very helpful outlining steps and communication prior and during stay.

Great place to stay, close to everwhere we wanted to go.

Both bedrooms had their own ensuite...yay, to not sharing bathrooms with the kids. Great sized refrigerator which we filled from the supermarket that was within walking distance.

Great Location

The condo was clean and we enjoyed the location in Orlando very much. Are only complaints was being on the 1st floor and next to to the entrance , where there was lots of traffic and the nose from the elevator. Other than that the place was good.

Close to Everything

This unit was close to everything in our itinerary. We visited City Walk, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure 3 times and our commute was 10-15 minutes. The apartment was beautifully decorated, clean and on the first floor. We had access to pools at other Vista Cay properties and took advantage of this because the pool was bigger. Thank you.

Orlando stay

The room was exactly like it was pictured and described. There were some fun Disney finds in the decor that my daughter loves finding!! The only problem was the code for the door was incorrect when we arraigned but was resolved in 15 min with the host. She was very quick at responding. Also the cell service is none unless connected to the wifi, but perfect when connected. We loved this place and would stay there again!!

As Advertised!

We really loved this location and would love to stay here again. Private and gated, very accessible to the major highway and definitely not far from the attractions. It was a simple process to check-in and gain access to the site and unit. We spent all of our time at the theme parks so we did not get to enjoy any of the onsite amenities such as the pool etc. Plenty of local food accommodations in the area if you choose not to cook. All the necessities for cooking and dining are available in the unit though. This place is very modern, up to date, and felt very comfy. I can go on but it would be a blog than a summary. Based on our 1st experience with VRBO and this location I would recommend it and we look forward to returning.

Nice place

Room was fine for what we needed it for. Clean, had the essentials, on the first floor and everything worked. The property and room was nice for the cost. Pool was nice and having Publix and the shopping center with a few restaurants right there in a five minute walk was VERY nice! I also enjoyed the walking path. It is cozy - there were only 3 of us and really not much room for luggage. Not a huge deal for us but I can’t imagine if there were 6 people with full luggage. It was missing a few things that I would have liked for it to have stocked but nothing major. Would have been nice to have some spray to wipe down the counters with, full length mirror and bleach to run in the washer with the towels for when we left and had to start those. Overall, with the price point where it was I would definitely rent there again.

Located near all attractions

We still have a few more days but overall a good trip. A small condo with limited storage space. Furniture is for durability not for comfort . Host was very accommodating and helpful. They responded immediately. Initial issues were immediately addressed.

Would stay again with cleaner condo and away from elevator

Shelves of refrigerator door not clean, bath mat dirty in large bathroom and mirror over right sink had not been cleaned. Saw tiny ants at the check in time but this morning saw larger ants in entry from front common area if building.

Pamela, we could have done something about this rather than you sending us a review post mortem. In Florida, you can't help having insects like ants coming. We spray every month and the association sprays every month. Any more and it's a health hazard. I wish you would have given us more notice so we could fix the issue rather than how you handled this.

New, Clean, Convenient, Superbly Managed

First of all, this is a brand new property that is immaculately clean. Seriously, it's cleaner than your own home, I guarantee it. Secondly, the apartment is well furnished as far as kitchen equipment (cookware, dishes, and utensils), bed linens, towels, and toiletries. If you are in Orlando for an event at the Orange County Convention Center, you can't get any more convenient as you are only a brisk walk to get there and avoid the madhouse parking at the OCCC. And then of course, you are only a short car ride from all of the theme parks and attractions. The best part of this property is the attention and responsiveness of the property owner and his assistant. Any message, issue, or question you send will be answered very promptly by one of the two, and they will do everything they can to make sure you're satisfied with the answer or solution. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone else looking for a short term home away from home.
