Just minutes from town in an okay neighborhood. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would have liked baking pans and towels in each bathroom instead of having to hunt for them in the other bathroom. All in all would stay here again in we return to Atlanta.

This was the absolute WORST I’ve ever stayed in. There was NOT HOT WATER to bathe and I stayed for 2 nights . I contacted the host and they said they were sending maintenance that never came . The Tile on the floor was lifting leading me to almost falling on my face multiple times . There were only 2 wash rags when I stated that there were 3 guests attending . There was an empty liquor bottle left on the back porch which leads me to think that they didn’t properly clean the house after the last guests left. This house is a TOTAL CATFISH, the neighborhood is also not good . DO NOT BOOK

My stay here was disappointing overall. The Wi-Fi was unreliable and consistently went in and out. The listing photos were also misleading. We expected three bedrooms with queen beds, but instead there were two rooms with a bunk bed and a single bed. While this was manageable, it was not what was advertised.The backyard patio was very dirty and unusable, so we did not use that space at all. The heating system in the home barely worked, which made the stay uncomfortable, especially with nighttime temperatures dropping below 25 degrees. Portable heaters were provided, but they were not sufficient.Around 2–3 a.m. the night before checkout, we plugged in one of the heaters and the power went out in the front part of the house. Because this occurred late at night and on our checkout day, it could not be addressed during our stay. I reached out to the owner afterward to report these issues and to see if we could come to some sort of resolution regarding our experience at the property, but I have not received a response at the time of writing this review.

Clean but not up to expectations based on photo

My friends and I decided to end our stay prematurely due to the house not meeting our expectations. The toilet in one of the bathrooms was not flushing properly. The couch seemed to be broken and not the one that was originally pictured. The coffee tables were mismatched. The cabinets in the kitchen were missing knobs and there was a random lone hoteplate sitting on the stovetop. There were huge holes in the bottom of the house on the exterior. They were large enough for a person/animal to fit through and were a huge safety concern in that area of Atlanta. It would’ve been nice to have had an accurate description/pictures of the house prior to booking . We arrived and we’re starving, so we stayed long enough to eat our pizza and then left to stay somewhere else for the night. I reached out to the host but have not received a response as of today.

Hse was good… Close to everything we did.. may only drawback is the heat! We checked in Friday night and turn the heat up and it took til Monday for the heat to really kick-in.There were small portable heaters available which did work but they kept popping the fuses

House was awesome

House was very nice and clean. Great for my stay while visiting my daughter who attends nearby college. I would rent again if available while in town.

When we arrived there was trash on the front porch. The grass was knee high front and back so the mosquitoes were awful. There were ants in the kitchen and no water pressure. The bed was very uncomfortable and there was very little bathroom towels. The neighborhood was really bad, loud partying into all hours of the night and people yelling in the street first thing in the am. We did not feel safe even going outside.

Cozy cottage

Great communication with the owner, property looked updated, wasn’t thrilled at all about the area which was questionable but the owner tried his best to accommodate me and my family which he didn’t have too. Overall the property was fairly nice and clean, a plus that Netflix and Hulu was available, plenty of parking near a lot of attractions in Atl.

Great for short term stays.

The rental is extremely clean, up to date kitchen equipments, quiet neighborhood however only good for short term stays ( there are no dressers for clothing)

Worst

Very unorganized and inconvenient guest left marijuana on porch mildew in the house worse neighborhood and he doubled booked this unit and was aware but didn’t communicate that.

Everything was great about our stay — the location was great, too, but the neighborhood was a bit sketchy. No real issues, though. Great space, parking, and new everything inside!

Newly renovated, comfortable, affordable stay

This home is beautifully newly renovated with clean, modern finishes and some nicer touches. The master bathroom has a super odd layout with the toilet in a closet next to the actual bathroom where the sink and shower are and the closet off of the main bathroom. It was perfectly fine for our short stay, however. The owner is very responsive and helpful - when we arrived late (after 10) to find the cleaning crew had forgotten to leave towels, the owner was over with them within 15 minutes. Very much appreciated! Only complaint was a very prominent mothball smell. I'll take that over moths any day though!

Felt like home

This home was great. Very clean and so well maintained. It was cold out so the fire place feature was fantastic. Communication was great as well. 5 star place!
