Property exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and comfortable for our families weekend. Communications were timely and accurate. We liked the quietness of the area and just close enough to downtown Bentonville. We will definitely stay here again when I’m the area.

We had a wonderful trip. I loved how the listing was fully stocked with coffee, creamer, and toiletries. They also had laundry detergent. It was a comfortable place and we loved the amenities you receive through the Bella Vista POA. We will return!

The property was as presented in listing, just what we needed for everyone to be together, share a dining room, living room, and not all be tripping over each other or sharing one bathroom! Tenant was easy to reach and very kind!!!
This cute little fella would come around the back of the house at dusk, stood their just looking like are you just taking my photo, or are you going to feed me lol!

Family stay for FreshGrass

I had an assignment working on a story about FreshGrass at the Momentary. This VRBO fit the bill. It was easy to access everything I needed, a very short drive into Bentonville, and the communication with the manager was great. He responded within hours of receiving each of my messages and was very helpful and accommodating with information on the VRBO and our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Awesome host!!

This is our secind tome stayign with this host and it was amazing! The host is so friendly, communicative and accomidating. The hime was oerfect, cozy, comfirtable beds, inviting sitting /lounging areas, dining. Extremely well stocked kitchen, great bathrooms and overal immaculate. High l y recommend!!

Great place to stay. Accommodations were good and the host let us check in a little early so we could drop off our things as we were riding to blues bikes and bbq. Zero complaints….everything was top notch from beginning to end!

Exactly What We Needed

Patrick's listing online was perfectly aligned with the property. There was plenty of room for our family of 5 spanning from a teenager to retirees. I would definitely stay here again. There was a cool little doughnut shop right down the hill that made for a quick breakfast on our way out of town.

Girls birthday trip

House was very nice! Easy keyless door entry. Staying here allowed everyone to be together to celebrate birthdays and play cards and games in the evening. Would definitely stay again and I would recommend it to others. Beds very comfortable, and beautifully decorated
